Ramerino - Italian Prime Restaurant

This was our first time dining here. The food and service was very good. We did not care much for the Caesar salad but it was a good portion...We will definitely return!!!

Very unprofessional service! Rudely rushing us along to the point where the waiter told us what”he will bring to us”, leaning over the table to deliver the food. The food was good, but the waiting service needs some refinement

First time visit to this restaurant. I'm always open to a new dining experience and tried this place based on the solid reviews. I now understand the reviews - I found the food to be delicious and the service professional, attentive and polite. Everything that we ordered was cooked to perfection. My lamb shank was tender and tasty but on the small side. The octopus was about as good as I have ever had outside of an upscale Greek restaurant. I will return.

The food was amazing, they went above and beyond to make sure my anniversary was a special one. I did not have to remind anything they read my special requests and made sure everything was great. I had the calamari, and the Bone in Ribeye. Must say this is one of the best quality I had. Thank you to the staff and cooks!

What a sensational experience! After a long day of traveling, I couldn’t have asked for better hospitality. It’s rare to find service this thoughtful, and I’m so grateful to the entire team for making the evening unforgettable. I’m already looking forward to returning and sharing this experience with others. The wine, limoncello, Pasta Carbonara, and Blueberry Ricotta Cheesecake-- all fresh and made in-house-- were outstanding. Thank you, Ramerino, and thanks to your team, for such exceptional service!

If I could give this restaurant at 10, I would. We all ordered a different pasta dish so we could try each other's and not one of them disappointed. It was probably the best Italian we've had even including going to Italy. The staff was friendly and didn't rush us. We got there early because we were going to a show. I would highly recommend it. We didn't even know we were inside of a hotel unless you went to the bathroom and saw the elevator

Fantastic dining experience! 🍝🥗 The Cacio e Pepe was creamy and perfectly seasoned, while the Barbaietola was fresh and flavorful. Great service and lovely atmosphere. A true NYC gem! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Food was good but the service was terrible. They sat me at a dingy corner of the restaurant and no one came to attend to me. I had to walk to the counter to even get someone to serve me the complimentary bread. At this price point, you would expect a lot more than this.

This was such a wonderful experience. All servers were helpful. We wanted something not on the menu and they made it from scratch!! This is a must!! Delicious! Kind service.

I literally loved the place, and I also loved the service. The waiter who served us was very kind and helpful. His name was Steven. He's very attentive I loved him. I'll literally be back.

Very rude staff and I believe the manager , Alda, made fun of someone for not being Italian and was making rude jokes about the girl’s name right infront of her (and laughing in her face) because in some parts of italy apparently it’s a bad name but she was straight insulting a young girl for it😂. I don’t recommend coming here. The head chef also did the same. Unbelievably unprofessional and just gross. The girl looked uncomfortable as well. Grown adults making fun of a young girl is just disrespectful and unprofessional.
