Have been to Raoul's more than 10 times in the last two years, but won't be coming back. Had always accepted that service was not their strength, but kept coming back for the food. After my last experience, will surely not go back. You have to beg to be served and waiters and staff are just rude, as if they're doing you a favor by serving you a $60 steak. Avoid.

Best steak in New York City. There’s no competition! The atmosphere is authentic. It’s truly a time capsule. It feels like you’re stepping into a trendy restaurant in 1975. It doesn’t get more real. It’s been my go-to place for 2 decades.
Just the best. Steak frites are perfection, fabulous wine and the friendliest service. You can't go wrong with Raoul's.

Get on the waitlist and tun your notifications on - it’s 100% worth it!! The steak au poivre is out of this world. I’m drooling like a dog just thinking about the sauce. We saw a burger at a table next to us, which looked fantastic as well. Smothered in the sauce, how could it not be? The crab beignets were perfect, too.
