During the holiday season, I was a bit nervous that any company I would choose to order from would be less reliable due to the demand. This order was important because I was making it on behalf of a client to send as holiday gift. Prior to submitting the order, I reached out to the RBI team and confirmed that my client's delivery date could be met. Tom Smallwood reach out and not only confirmed our delivery request could be met, but exceeded it by over two weeks. We paid a very reasonable price for them to handle shipping. The day after we ordered this, I was warmly greeted by Ron and Tom when dropping off personal cards that their team packed into each box prior shipment. While there I bought a few cookies for myself. The box of 5 lasted two days, but only because I saved half of one cookie for day 2. End of story.
