The pan-fried Peking duck buns were delightfully warm, sweet, and tender. The Peking duck was incredibly flavorful and juicy. The steamed pork dumplings were richly flavorful and abundant with pork fillings.

Their pork and shrimp wonton showcases a ginger flavor that offers a heartwarming sensation. The soup was rich in flavor and expertly balanced. The spicy beef ramen displays a touch of spiciness, while the broth radiated a cozy warmth. The beef was incredibly tender and complemented the soup nicely. The hand-pulled and cut "Dao Xiao" noodles demonstrated a perfect texture. The abundant serving of noodles guaranteed a filling meal. The House special ramen with hand-pulled noodles was outstanding. The 12-hour simmered beef broth, made with care, was discernible in every bite.

I highly recommend a visit here when in New York. Be prepared for a possible line outside, but know that the wait is worth it.

We came here during a recent trip to NYC and I'd saved this place since it was on the Michelin guide. We came here on our second night and ate in, and on our third night ordered it again for delivery to our hotel! We tried the Duck Buns (a MUST), the hand cut noodles with beef, pan fried pork dumplings, and the scallion pancakes. Every single thing was incredible!

The seating inside is 4 tables that seat 6. It's tight & you will share with other people. We got there early and did have the table to ourselves (2 people) for about half the time. They did accept card for us, but our total was definitely over $15 so not sure if it's dependent on your total.

This spot is always busy, but if I’m being honest I’m not entirely sure why. They are known for their pork buns, which I thought were okay, but I enjoyed the pan fried duck buns more. There are plenty of other spots nearby (on 9th ave) that serve way better buns.

Originally I was skeptical because this place was relatively close to Time Square, but they delivered! No frills dumplings or noodle soup that is affordable and comes with decent portions. I forgot to get photos of the dumplings but got some of the noodle soup! :( It’s a small seating area so it can get pretty busy during meal times so if you’re able to come at a little bit off schedule then you’ll have a better chance of getting seats. Service was friendly and nice!

They auto added a 15% tip but didn't tell me so I tipped 20% (typical) on top of the 15% - pretty shaddy!! You need to let us know.

Soup dumplings: My favorite! A must have
Duck buns: love their pan fried buns, tho the duck may be a bit too sweet
Sticky rice shumai: standard quality, nothing wrong but also nothing special

My family ordered takeout. The xiao long bao was quite good; the wrapper was thin except at the top, and it was fragrant and delicious with fresh filling. The duck bun had a fluffy, slightly sweet bun, though the duck filling was a bit too sweet for a Chinese palate. The shumai was also decent, with a thin wrapper and a filling that wasn’t the best I’ve had, but still not bad. Overall, it was very good—worthy of its Michelin recommendation!
