Red Lobster has a good price compared to other places, especially considering its location. The food is delicious, has seasoning, but takes a long time. The service itself is also very slow, as there are few attendants on the ground floor of the restaurant.

We were seated right away, our server was extremely helpful and attentive. As soon as we placed an order she kept checking in and letting us know when we would receive our food. The food was okay, wasn't a fan of the walk famous shrimp or the snow crab legs. They were very dry and flavorless.

The shrimp was burnt when we got the food and the waiter didn’t even wipe our seats before letting us sit down. It took like one hour to get 3 drinks and nearly 2 hours for our food. The cup was also very dirty it looks like they didn’t even clean it. The service was horrible.

Good food but good luck getting your waiter without getting up and going to look. We got our food but no utensils. We had to get up and find someone to get utensils and get up and find someone for a way overcooked burger, and get up and find someone to get our check.

I used to eat here almost 10 years ago when I was a student. Very happy to see that they still live up to expectations. The lobster tail is amazing. Their biscuits are still extremely delicious. I heard that there’s a risk of Red Lobster going bankrupt due to people abusing their unlimited shrimp options. Y’all gotta stop abusing this baby before it goes insolvent:)! We gotta keep it alive!

I went to this place underestimating it since going to restaurants in time square is always having bad service, but here it was the opposite, starting with a very spacious place, very good service and quality products, prices in my opinion excellent, without a doubt I would return, starting from the biscuits they offer as a starter to their main plates, everything was 5⭐️

Had a really really nice with my Mom. Food is really good. They make it how you like. My server had a shift change while we were dining. The servers transition was smooth. The new server that took over was new to the job. Personal I enjoy having new people serve me because I like to see them learn. I completely understand what it feels like to be new and I hold very little against them BECAUSE they are new.I am a rare customer that doesn't mean having a new to the job sever especially if they are willing to learn.Careless me I don't remember his name because I shall definitely describe him. He was dark-skinned, curling black hair, slim and bubble fun. I requested to have another of the same beverage I already had and finished. He studied my pervious beverage because he was new and the bartender was new also so new. They both wanted to get my beverage correct the first time and they indeed did.My Hostess was very sweet her name I did get. Pau was my Hostess name and before I can give her my table number she guessed it and she got it correct. She was being mindfull and paying attention to her new position which I totally picked up on being that she guessed my table number. Before she sat me and my Mom she asked what is the name of the item my Mom was holding and pushing. I then told her a Walker. I was impressed that she also wanted to learn. Whomever is hiring and running this Red lobster is doing a excellent job hiring the right people. They know how to put a very excellence team of workers together.To both my Server you were excellent in tending to me and my Mommie! Please forgive me for not remembering your names. You both know who you are. And too Pau I told you I was going to give your applause on Google reviews. Keep up the excellent work all three of you. And too the cooking, cleaning staff thank you deeply because us customer don't thank you enough because we never see your faces only your end results.
