Servers were overwhelmed so it took forever for us to get our food. But food was good. We didn't care for the new stuffing for shrimp. Dry. Otherwise good and we love their cheese biscuits!!

One of the best Red Lobster experiences I have had and I am a frequent Red Lobster diner. Used the Waitlist and was seated immediately upon arrival. Server Jim W was fantastic. Drinks, appetizers, entrees were all delivered at the appropriate times. We were properly checked on, but not intruded upon.

It is ok. For food, but since last time it becomes more looks like restaurant “without face”. I was forced to wait 20 minutes since reservation however guests without appointment were sit at once. But never-mind, food is good and it is important :)

I love Red Lobster. It's always top of my list when I come to NYC. The complementary bread at the start of the meal is to die for. It's a pity you no longer get complimentary salad with your meal but you can always just order it. The food is exquisite!

I ahead an awesome experience Rasheed the waiter was attentive very nice and polite very friendly and personable he made sure that friend had a great birthday he above and I personally hope that you take in consideration and reward him for being a great waiter

The delivery and takeout area of the restaurant is intolerable. It is not properly managed, directly adjacent to instore customers. Blocks the stairs and hostess area. They are rude, pushy, loud and often ignored by staff and security. Your first moments inside red lobster should be pleasant. You should not have to defend your space or be pushed out of the way.

Weird thing happened. I think I left my sweater on the seat when I left the restaurant. I realized it was missing 2 days later. I called the restaurant and they told me “We don't keep those things. We throw them out.” What?????

My husband and I dined here yesterday, it was my first time at Red Lobster and I must say that I had great service. My server Doly took care of us and we were very happy with everything. We will go back.

Very good service by Collin B. My frozen Margarita was very good. The food had a somewhat bland, sameness in taste. The supposedly "garlicky" Shrimp Scampi had a bland buttery taste very similar to the Broiled Scallops. It was disappointing. And not cheap.

Didn't have any 20oz Sam Adam's on draft so gave us an almost expired October fest 12oz bottle but charged us for the 20oz. When I complained the bill actually went up somehow

First time at the Red Lobster in Times Square, and I was expecting a window view, and the waiter was just ok, He asked me if i would like to order drinks, which I ordered a Stella Beer, and (1) Passion Fruit drink with liquor and once he brought them to the table, another person in my party wanted one also, so I ordered another one. Once he brought the second, he then tells me if I wanted a better tasting drink, then I should of ordered something else, which I thought was very rude and he should of suggested different types of drinks, if he has a better opinion. Then when I received my bill, it appears that with a party of 3, the restaurant automatically puts a 28% gratuity which i never hear of before. So in closing I don't believe that I will be coming back to this Red Lobster location again.

Daniel che ci ha servito è stato fantastico, ci ha consigliato bene ed è stato onesto.ovvio che il punteggio alto lo guadagna il locale anche per via della qualità. Insomma ci torneremo, bella esperienza.

Unkind lady ad the reception, telling us we had to wait even though we had a reservation. We waited at the bar for almost 20 mins and she got quite angry to us complaining that she was calling for 15 mins our name which was absolutely not true or misspelled. We ordered ultimate platter and the crab was cold. I am not expecting this to happen for a 50$ meal.
