We were very excited to come here but when we sat down we were asked to get up and move tables. We sat at a new table and the glasses were not clean. We ordered an appetizer and it came out frozen. We still enjoyed the experience but there was definitely room for improvement

As always, we had an amazing experience at the Rooster...lucked out to arrive for Raggae Saturday session...great music, food and service...thank you!

Always dependable and tasty food. The food comes out very quickly so I have learned to ask the server to slow the pacing.

Hands down one of the best places in Harlem...I've been here twice is 2 weeks and the food is spot on. The drinks have fun names and taste great. The live band performed several covers and killed it! Really great mixed crowd. Was tons of fun...will definitely be back!

Well recommended! Friendly atmosphere and well dressed waiters with nice and handmade aprons.

This place is just a whole vibe. Great food. Great service. Live music. Thanks for making my visit to NYC a special treat. I'll be back!

Amazing brunch! The cornbread + gravy was a standout and can't wait to go back! They renovated and opened up the space which is emblematic of Harlem's culture and vibe.

We loved it! Food and service were excellent! Live music that was perfect. Great place! The Ro Ro wings are delish and don't miss out on dessert.

Good food. A bit loud (there was a reggae band playing). Service was so-so. Waitress was attentive and kind but new on the job - didn't realize she had to make the affogato so we waited and waited for it until I i finally pointed out to her that 20 minutes was a bit long for an espresso and a scoop of ice cream. She was mortified. Otherwise she was fine.

We had Foodie friends in from Ca. They were so impressed with the dining experience. The food and service were exceptional. They loved the ambiance. Couldn't have been a better experience. John and Susan

The MUSIC! THAT is the reason to go to brunch . . . The food was ok, but the entertainment made it worth every penny. FABULOUS!!!!!

Food came out very quickly before the drinks and food was cold. Flavor of food was not to the level it once was. Shame that the restaurant has not kept up with what once was - maybe resting on its reputation rather than quality. Not bringing guests back or recommending it again.

This is one of our very favorite spots in NYC! The food never disappoints, and service is exceptional! Live music is the icing on the cake!

Our server, Celeste, is excellent at her job. She was a joy to have as a server. The rest of the restaurant staff were delightful and congratulated us on our anniversary. We were also given three free items: corn bread, prosecco, and a chocolate mousse for dessert. We will certainly return to this establishment.

Don't sleep on Red Rooster. I've lived in Harlem for 20+ years - originally from CA and live down the street from the restaurant. I've seen Red Rooster evovle over the years. The vibe they have now is really nice. Great drinks, amazing food that is consistent. Really nice live music and a great ambiance - what's not to love?

My local harlem friends might argue that it's a little too touristy but IMO it's a great mix of Harlemites and visitors. Don't sleep on it and check it out.
