The juice is not fresh & employees are rude

1 - it's a hood spot for sure. If you're not use to the hood, don't go.

2 - the juices are good but they're so lazy you can't even have a juice made anymore. They'll make some in advance, keep in a cooler behind the counter and once that done it's done. I'm gonna stop waiting my time.

Feels almost like a scam. Seriously, buyer beware. I tried to order two things off the menu, and was told both had been discontinued years ago. They told me what they did have, which was three options out of the 12+ on the board. I took the one that the young man recommended, and instead of watching him make a fresh smoothie, I watched him walk to the back, say something to a woman, and come back with a cup of lukewarm green liquid. I paid 11 dollars for it and tipped 2. (I always tip, no matter what) but I should have tasted it first. It was atrocious. It tasted powdery and honestly like it could have been 100% store bought Odwalla juice with protein powder mixed in. I’m a “shut up and eat/drink it” type of person, even if I don’t like something, but after about 4 sips I threw it away and ordered a smoothie for half the price (6.99) at the convenience store across the street. (I think it was called Skyline something.) The man there was extremely pleasant, asked me questions about possible dietary restrictions, and made my smoothie with care right in front of me. There were tons of fresh ingredients that I could see up close. I noticed they served salads and sandwiches too, so I will definitely be back. As far as Reggae Sun: do yourself, your wallet, and your tastebuds a favor and don’t even try. Just do not.

If you've been to a Rasta owned smoothie spot before then you already know the vibes. The names of the smoothies are corny as hell, but they've got some great ingredients like bee pollen that you can't find at a lot of the newer smoothie places. They also have some Jamaican patties that are pretty good!

2nd and last time visiting.1st time i purchased a ginger & lemonade juice and a bottle of bitters. This time when ready to order the lady rudely told me they dont make pineapple/ginger juice (u gotta use too much pineapple) she said. She said ask him (who was the gentleman who made it 1st time) i patiently waited to ask as advised..then he asked what i was waiting to ask..he said they dont make that...LOL i cant make this up! I will NEVER revisit. You cant give customer service depending on your mood!!
