We arrived for a 2pm reservation. We waited 15 minutes for water to be brought to the table. One needed to be sent back due to something floating in it. We placed our orders and waited 45 minutes for drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic). Although the food was good, it came out sporadically, some items did not make it and needed to be removed from the bill. Needless to say, we contested the 20% gratitude that was added to our bill. It was truly a disappointing experience.
Love this spot. The staff and crew? Super chill and genuinely friendly. Food hits every time and it's comforting and flavorful with no misses. The drinks are always on point. Perfect place for catching up over brunch with fam or friends you haven't seen in forever. Definitely a gem and highly recommend (but let's keep it our little secret 😂💕).
We had such a great stay- definitely booking here again. The location was phenomenal there is a M60 Bus stop 5 min walk from hotel that will take you to and from Laguardia Airport. Food, grocery store very close. Room was beautiful- view as well. They gave us 50$ credit for food however you could only use it once a day so really it was 25$ a day. Food at restaurant a bit overpriced but overall was yummy. Fitness center open 24/7. Definitely recommend staying here for your trip-...
