I made an online reservation/inquiry (twice), 2 weeks in advance to secure a brunch for our friends and family after our son’s dedication at church. Their website said I would receive an email and be contacted by the person who handles group events. Neither happened. Hence the second reservation was made. I called the number on their website to hopefully reach the person who handles the group reservations and the number is disconnected. I called the location multiple times a day for almost two weeks to try to confirm. No one ever answered or the phone was picked up and hung up after a couple rings. When I finally get through I’m told they are booked. I explained my difficulty making contact, the incorrect number, no one answering the other number and the fact that no one reached out as their website said and I was told “well this is the number you need to call” I suggested they update their website and proved accurate information in addition to having it actually monitored.For a restaurant that is this popular they should do a better job at managing their website and group reservations. Make sure it has up to date information and designate someone to actually handle online reservations instead of having false information on the website. I live in another state and have guests flying in from out of town as well and now I am left to scramble to find a place or cancel all together due to their lack of professionalism and efficiency. In addition to no apology or understanding from the female I spoke to on the phone. I don’t care how good the food is, won’t spend another dime in after this. Get it together!

I cannot think of anything negative to say about this place. Everything was great. One thing that i really appreciated was the fact that they played really good music but it wasnt so loud that you couldnt have a conversation. Loved it and will definitely be returning.

The service was definitely great. Fast and friendly staff. They deserved the 18% priced-in gratuity. (I usually disagree with priced in, but they werr worth it)The food was 7/10 at best. I ordered a medium-well T-bone that ended up being served medium anyway.The meat itself was lacking any seasoning and required a hefty amount of salt on each cut of meat. (And I am salt sensitive, so that should tell you something) It was also difficult to both cut into and to chew.The steak could have also had some char but didnt. I cook better steaks myself and im not a chef by any standard, nor do I have the facilities that a restaurant does.The fries were okay and I didnt touch the bread, but it did look good.The whiskey sour was watery. Theyre supposed to knock you on your a* so you crave another one. LoLThe ambiance was okay. More akin to a TGI Fridays than say a Gallaghers.The female staff were all extremely good-looking and im a 30 year old athlete myself.If you want to go out and enjoy a steak but on a budget, this is a solid choice.
