Very courteous service. My paella dish contained little seafood, much to my disappointment, and lots of rice. However, the meat dishes were appetizing and juicy. Friendly.

I don't think I've been to just a regular Brazilian restaurant that wasn't an AYCE BBQ experience, so was excited to try this place out. Was able to get a pretty last-minute reservation to this place. Got seated promptly but the waiter didn't take our order until 45 minutes later, and we didn't get served our food until 25 minutes after that. The wait is the main reason for the 3 stars. I ordered the Moqueca de Casa and it was very okay. I thought that they would have more vegetables in this stew, which would have balanced out the food a lot better but that's alright. I did appreciate the tenderness of all the different seafoods and I thought the stew which was pretty thick went very well with rice on the side. I also love the tomatoes which were bursting with flavor. Overall, interesting eat but not sure if I would come back as the wait was kind of long.

The food was alright , But service was horrible the waiter that was serving us was very slow we had to keep reminding him of what we order and every time he’ll bring the food. He will only bring one item which we had to remind him that we had more besides that at the end when we paid we were harassed to give him tip when the service was horrible. It was seven of us and some of my friends were trying to give him Five dollar bill He did Not take it because he wanted more. I did not wanna bait tip, but I felt harassed and forced to be so I had to give him something. NEVER COMING BACK

My friends and I went here to eat a good Brazilian that reminds us of home, but we got the worse service ever. The food wasn’t correct and the waiter forcing one of my friends to eat meat even if she ordered fish. And the meat I ordered wasn’t well done. And I told him a couple times but I received the same thing. And beside that the waiter was so slow and we had to keep reminding him to bring the exact we ordered.Besides that he harassed us to give him a tip at the end when the service was horrible and even pushed one of my friends outside the door when we were leaving.I’m never going back here. I was horrible.

Excellent food, great service. I recently ordered a feijoada. The flavor and the size of the portions are spectacular. EXCELLENT value for money. Super well answered on the phone by Mr. Eriton, cordial and attentive. I highly recommend this place.

First time here! Definitely coming back! Great food, great service, nice atmosphere. Keep in mind the restaurant is very small. 1 thing we didn't like is going to the bathroom. It's located in the kitchen. The Caipirinha was absolutely delicious. Steak with shrimps outstanding, huge serving. Great for two. Beef stew was delicious along with Shrimp Stroganoff. Tasty avocado salad! The beans were prepared just right, very delicious. Definitely try this place!

Small but cosy place with delicious brazilian food. I highly recommend if you want to have a taste of brazilian food, but please keep in mind it's a low profile place and ambiance is not their strongest point.Parking: There is paid parking close by

Local Brazilian restaurant in Hell’s Kitchen with a happy hr caipirinha special. I used to come here every week when I worked in the area. I decided to randomly give them a visit on a Friday afternoon. Food was fairly mediocre, I remember it being better. I ordered the pork chop. The sauce was great, but the meat itself was dry and tough. In the past the waiter would always ask if I want yellow or white rice, I didn’t get that option this time (I generally dislike white rice). Nor was I asked about the type of beans I wanted. I think this waiter is new. I asked for a caipirinha with just a little bit of sugar and it came extremely sweet, but I drank it. Then, when I ordered another round I emphasized that I would like just a small amount of sugar and it finally came that way. Not sure if I’d return very soon, but I like the ambiance. The bathroom situation is also a little annoying. You need to ask and wait because you need to walk through the actual kitchen. I usually order the chicken Milanese and it’s great, well-seasoned and fresh. Maybe I’d try that if I return.

It's rare to get a date night with a four year old and 9 month old, but my husband and I were kid free, starved and wanting some delicious Brazilian food. We saw Nelore Grill was a 10 minute walk from our hotel and the reviews were superb, so we headed out. It's a small, quaint family owned restaurant, can't have any more than 10 seats or so. Our server extraordinaire was Rose, who made all of our drinks and served us well. She was sweet and full of personality that only added to the charm of the place. We ordered beef empanadas as starters and then the picanha with rice, beans and fries. Let me say this, everything was delicious and I'd go back every time I visit the city, but to me, the shower-stopper was those beans. The BEST Brazilian beans I've ever had and I've spent time in Brazil lol I'd eat them in a heartbeat. Without a doubt looking forward to more visits, and trying more of their menu. *P.S. Rose can make a mean caipirinha* If you're thinking about coming, you must go.
