I've been coming here ever since I was a kid. The best rice noodles and fish balls in all of Chinatown, hands down!!

The auntie at this cart pays attention to the details and does not skimp on the sauce, she used a scissor to make small openings in the noodle for the sauce to seep through to the bottom, giving a nice coating of sauce to every part of the noodles instead of letting most of the sauce pile up on top. Prices are reasonable as well!
Love the rice noodles with fish balls!
she put her kids through college with the business. has to wake up at 3am to prep food. local history right there...

Five stars for a tasty and warming breakfast in the morning! There’s a line but it moves quick
I have been buying food here for years. Always clean station and delicious food and the Lady is so sweet
The lady working this cart is hustlin hard!
I got the fish balls with the ricerolls for $5. Loved the peanutty hoisin sauce. It’s a perfect snack in the freezing cold.

The food is avg if not slightly worse in taste and only slightly cheaper if at all than from a restaurant but I think it’s two sweet ladies of same family or smth that run this cart. Usually only one is present per day from early morning til around 2-3p. This cart is worth supporting! Sometimes if I feel lazy to walk further I’d just buy some congee from them :b. They also sell other small street food staples
These are the freshest!!
