So been here twice...To be honest, Sapitos can easily be a 4 - 4 1/2 with the ratings because it is a really cool spot to chill and have some drinks with friends or on a date or just dolo if you live in the area. I and two friends of mine were here, we did enjoy ourselves with the atmosphere but the service was less to the desire with our waitress forgetting our table more than once. In addition to that, the food we ordered was kinda meh. Altogether we had wings, nachos and I personally had the Philly Cheesesteak spring rolls. The Philly Cheesesteak spring rolls for me were the best thing out of the rest of the food at our table. My friends that ordered the wings and nachos however were not pleased with their orders...and I can't really same I blame them. When the order came and we all tried the wings, it did not taste temperature ready at all. We asked the waitress to return the wings and if we could get another order, which they did for us but again the wings came back a little less than room temperature and we just did not partake in eating the rest of it. Thankfully, the drinks did hit well but the vibe was off already due to the waitress and the lack of temperature with the wings. I came here again this time solo, about 3 months ago. Outdoor dining, which that have a nice setup for that. I wanted to once again order the Philly Cheesesteak spring rolls...which unfortunately they did not have this time around. Left me a bit displeased and I just ordered I think a punch kind of drink and left after that. So, it's pretty much Sapitos tends to have something missing one time to the next which is unfortunate cause I would like to give this place a good review but just can't at the moment. Hopefully the next time I come around there will be improvements.

Absolutely love Sapito's, I live in the neighborhood and it's the perfect after work spot for dinner and a drink. Great ambiance for either a casual date or happy hour with friends. Amazing skinny margaritas and tacos- shrimp tacos and steak tacos are my favorites! Smaller dishes like elote and avocado spring rolls are also delicious. Service is excellent, especially Bernardo and Alejandro, who always make my dog and I feel so welcome!

The food on the website looks great but not as good as it really looks ? I called my sister to get me some food and she bought grilled chicken salads the chicken was ok but the salad was old and brown it was so soggy and thin there was literally just lettuce croutons and a little bit of grilled chicken two salads for $40 They’re not worth half that price ?

I have been ordering meals from this restaurant because the food tastes great but lately the service has been terrible. My orders have not been correctly done and the guys there have been rude. Another thing that I wasn’t understanding was how the hours of operation kept shortening, starting at 11, then 12, then 1, and now 2PM! The attitude from the employees is as if they don’t even want my service or anyone’s for that matter! They must really want to be fired so they can collect that government paycheck. Hopefully they didn’t spit in my food. I won’t be returning until I see there is more discipline. I hope someone in upper management sees this because you have a great restaurant but you should seriously hire people that want to work.Aaaaaannd there’s no rice in my Mexican RICE bowl AGAIN, I was giving them the benefit of the doubt but I’m done.

This place is extremely unprofessional. I placed an order and after waiting 2 hours to inquire about the whereabouts of my food, the genius on the phone tells me they don't have any chicken. I thanked her sarcastically for being so informative. Now I have to wait 5 business days to get my money back. In a time where most restaurants are doing what they can to salvage their business, this kind of customer negligence is unacceptable. Never again, I will take my money elsewhere!!!!

Really great food and drinks...my new favorite go too the service staff is friendly and attentive. The food is fast and the menu is affordable. They practice all best practice for social distancing and eating outside is great especially when you have dogs you can bring them too

The out door dining during covid was lovely. I originally wanted the philly cheese steak roll they have but they ran out. I also went on a Sunday when the taco trays aren't available. So I opted to try the Shrimp nachos which was absolutely delicious. The shrimp was cut into nice bite size pieces the cheese, the tomatoes, the beans, everything about it was delicious. The only con with the nachos was the serving dish although it was beautiful it was not ideal for the nachos because it can get messy and it did not provide enough space to scoop. The homemade lemonade was very green didn't seem homemade but it did taste good. The frozen virgin piña colada was okay too I've had better but for a hot day it was nice sweet and hit the spot.Here's where things got yucky. For the entree we ended up choosing chicken fajita. Which I regret with a passion the chicken was undercooked and had no flavor what's so ever but it was extremely orange. So you would think it would have flavor but it was tasteless and undercooked which made for a terrible experience. It was accompanied with a small portion of rice and beans which was okay. We ended up not eating the chicken fajita and just leaving it and paying.It's funny because our gut was to try the 9 tacos for 34$. We didn't because we thought we might be hungry still. Well as a result, i don't know what happened with the fajita but definitely don't order that. Try it out and try something else and leave a review so I can see what you think! I hope they try and add flavor to that fajita dish and cook the chicken properly.

So I have gone to this place a few times now, when they first opened it was great and the food was delicious, my boyfriend and I loved it. Now it's not so much, I had their chicken sapito and it wasn't all that great. The rice taste like it came from the box, too much cream sauce on the chicken and it barely had any flavor, the beans as well felt like they're missing something. The drinks aren't all that either and their lemonade taste watery. I give it a two stars because they at least have ok service,
