Rintintin is the go to spot for a cocktail with friends before a night out or a place to relax all night. Their food is okay but good enough to get by, but their drinks are great! The ambiance is what sets this place apart for sure—set on one of the coolest corners in Nolita with a wraparound patio and excellent people watching.
Curiosity got the best of us after walking by Rintintin countless times, always bustling. We made a reservation for Saturday evening and were seated promptly outside. Perusing the menu, we expected Mediterranean flavors but found a mishmash of options (NY strip steak, burgers, pasta, paella).

I got shakshuka and a hibiscus sunrise, the shakshuka was very delicious, it had little hot dog slices in it which was surprising but pretty tasty. It could use an appropriate bread + sauce option to really kick it up a notch, because the side order of bread was too much bread lol. But I was overall happy. I felt too full afterwards for an hour or two 😅
