Still love the club, music and performances but the front door security GOT TO GO. how are you unprofessional, racist and rude at the same time!! Where is management ? Front person is very rude he ban and told me he told other clubs about me about something that happen in January of 2024 but I witness him about to get in altercation with somebody one week and let them the same person in the next week. That’s not professional at all.

The club was nice. There was good music and great drinks. They also have what seems to be 2 different floors for the crowd size you wanna be around with the top floor being sparse, slow, and lots of fog for the more introverted, then there's the downstairs floor which is the exact opposite if that's what you're looking for.

I want to root for the Ritz because it is my go-to spot when I just wanna dance to good 2000/2010s pop. But I agree with a lot of the complaints that the staff is just rude. They could really change that. stop hiring bartenders just because they're sexy like make sure they have people skills.

Wish there was a zero star option. I’ve been coming here for years and have brought many friends here because of the fun environment. But my last visit was my last visit. Please hire new security! We drove a ways away with a friend who the security singled out of the group. Said ID was too dark. She even went as far as to have her brother send a picture of her passport. But security didn’t even bother scanning ID or checking passport picture. Very sad and an end of an era. But after reading the reviews, it’s clear this place is no longer worth the visit. No longer an inclusive and fun environment.

Horrible security . I used to go here all the time , not anymore .I’m black by the way and very respectful. The security have to be racist because I tried getting in with my id the security would not check it or look me in the eye . He claimed his manager said I can’t come in . Which I asked for the manager to come out . He kept dodging my question and finally got him . The manager didn’t approach me only the security by the door and told him I can’t go in then shooed me away . I wanted a valid reason why I can’t come In and he never checked my id which is 10000% real and not expired . Horrible people . Don’t go here if you’re black !!
