This place was so yummy! I will say it's also very happening as when we went it was busy. Make a reservation! The ambiance definitely had us feeling we were else where. I found this place ok tik tok and it didn't miss!

We came here for brunch on a rainy Saturday and loved this quaint Italian restaurant! Though it was empty when we were there, it picked up a bit by the time we left. The servers were wonderfully attentive and provided excellent service. They even gave us some bread to munch on while we waited for our food. We ordered bottomless mimosas, and each pitcher was enough for 4 to 5 drinks. For food, I went with the breakfast burger which came with a side of delicious fries. The burger had fun inclusions such as bacon and a sunny side egg. It was super filling and I was happy with my choice. My partner went with the prosciutto Benedict which came with a fresh side salad. Overall, loved our time here and would definitely come back again! I saw other reviews that describe how busy it is at night, so if you want to give it a try, come for brunch!

Great little spot for dinner and drinks. Cocktails were excellent and pizza was fantastic. Atmosphere is cozy and had a cool vibe. Just know it's a smaller place so you might be closer to others. But I still felt comfortable and had plenty of room (and I'm one who would get overwhelmed if crowded by others at dinner). We came here in the spring and are already planning on coming back in the summer when the weather is nicer. Love the vibe of this place. Service is solid, many people (server, manager, and bussers) extending a helping hand.

Food was amazing, best risotto I have ever had. I didn't like that the waiter told us that the tip was already included in the price and just to sign, I think the customer should decide what amount of tip to leave. He allowed us to change the tip. Other than that, everything was amazing.

Warm restaurant. Romantic atmosphere. Impeccable service. We had a pizza (prosciutto and burrata) as well as a lasagna. A faultless one.We discovered the place by chance because we were going to a concert at the Village Vanguard. We haven't tried Happy Hours, but it seems like a great deal!Thank you for this party.

Really a subpar experience, unfortunately. The place is extremely cramped. It's impossible not to bump into your neighbor. The host was not friendly or welcoming. Tables are very small, and we almost lost plates several times during a less than hour meal. Our main waiter seemed very sincere, but totally at sea. "How can I help you/ are you ready to order food? " after 5 minutes. we hadn't even ordered drinks. When they came, we were pressured to order again. We did. Tables came in after us and got their food before us, and when ours came, one order was wrong. it wasn't worth the trouble of asking for a correction. Pear salad was ok, the crostini - not what we ordered - were ghastly. While we were eating, I saw our mains go on the bar shelf where they sat for a few minutes, and the server brought them over while we were still eating appetizers. Now, the table really got cramped. The lasagna was meh ( I think it needed salt), the gnocchi were gummy. Then, they add a service charge which I guess is fine but there's no mention of that practice on the menu. Get rid of 1/4 of the seats, get competent staff, and maybe have a better attitude? There are too many good Italian restaurants in the neighborhood to come back.

I stumbled upon this quaint little place last night after visiting the spa a couple doors over and decided to treat myself to a nice dinner. I was very impressed with the ambiance which is very inviting and romantic. I ordered a glass of chianti and the cacio e pepe gnocchi. Although it tasted more like an alfredo to me instead of a cacio e pepe, I still very much enjoyed it. The dip they give you for the bread was also flavorful but was a little salty. My only minor issue was that the server kind of disappeared after bringing the food. There were two other people who were watching me though to make sure I was good but in the end, the server had to be told to follow up with me. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience here and I will not hesitate coming back and bringing people with me the next time.

This is a cute Italian restaurant in the West Village. I recently visited with some friends for dinner before heading to an ice cream shop and a comedy club nearby. We had a reservation for 6 people, but when we arrived, they had seated 4 of my friends at a table and told us we'd have to sit separately. Not a huge deal, but the hostess seemed upset that we had a 6-person party. Aside from sitting separately from the other people in the party, the rest of the experience was great. The bread was soft and warm, the pasta was delicious, and the restaurant is in a great location. I had the linguini scampi, and the shrimp were cooked to perfection. The pasta had a touch of lemon, as well, which elevated the dish. If you're in the area, make sure you check out Gelateria Gentile for dessert!

Had been a while since I had such a fulsome experience at a restaurant in NY. Ambiance was spot on, very cozy atmosphere. Music played at the perfect volume.Complimentary bread was delicious and they even brought more once we finished. Appetizer was delicious and so was their pizza. And finally, service was exceptional. Very polite and courteous.

Absolute disappointment in every metric possible. We were a party of six and after barely giving us the menus he was pushy with drinks. Later when we were ready to order he ignored us for about 10-15 minutes, almost intentionally as we saw him walking around avoiding eye contact. Eventually we got to order, and when the food came 1 of the order was incorrect. He didn't bother to apologize and after another 10-15 minutes everyone got their food. I got the pizza diavola and let's just say better can be found easily. The cheese and spicy soppressata fell off the flimsy, soggy crust the instant I grabbed it. It lacked flavor but not salt, as it was its primary (and only) flavor. Overall, I would not recommend unless desperate.
