pizza is ok however staff is extremely rude and unprofessional therefore will not be going back . This is the second time this happened. There are many other pizzerias around here with just as good pizza and nice staff

They got my order wrong, owner didn't want to throw hands. Three star because pizza was mediocre.

A neighborhood institution. Meat Lover's personal pizza is my go-to. But everything here is fresh and quick.

Had a really great experience with delivery through Grubhub. The food was still hot when it arrived. The wings were still crispy and saucy, which we appreciated because restaurants rarely serve saucy hot wings.

Love the fried ravioli and the pizza, can't ever go wrong with super cheesy piping hot pizza!

It's usually good .. but this is not okay and it's not the first time this happens but this is the time that it pissed me off the most . There is no excuse as to why the pizza should come looking like it's been dropped or thrown around . This is not okay , do better.

I have picked up pizza here several times and ordered off of seamless. I recommend pick up. However, their foccia slice is delicious. Their cheesecake and quesadillas are amazing as well.

Upon moving to Washington Heights I was on the hunt for new foodie spots that were close enough that I didn't have to travel far to pick up. Came to Tommy's Grill and Pizza a few times on days I was either too busy or too lazy to cook. Had their pizza, onion rings and fries here. All just for them being just mediocre at best and overpriced at worse. $5 for fries that aren't even filling, pizza taste like they can be sold for a $1. Onion rings, meh. Probably could had gotten better from the corner deli. Not to mention, it takes a bit of while to get your food upon order. Despite Tommy's being close in location, I'm gonna have to pass on this place for now on. Overpriced and not worth it to just casually get something because I don't feel like cooking that day. Luckily there are other places I can choose from within the area to suffice.

A bit overpriced. Bodega cheesesteak is better and half the price.

They are awesome people! The pizza is good and the workers are super friendly. I love going here for New York style pizza. Their fries are good as well

Very poor service. Driver didn't bring soda called restaurant to see when it was coming back he says he's busy and can't do it. Are you serious after I paid you for my food I can't get my full order. I will never ever order from this place again. Beyond pissed

Poor service. They do not use the Seamless app properly so they can't or won't tell you your order status. My order was delivered over 20 minutes ago and it is still in the "Sent" stage, not even at the "Received" or "In the works" let alone "Delivered." They sent me warm soda, not even slightly cool, priced at $3.00. No napkins. Rude on the phone; he hung up on me and I had to call them back. Pizza crust was a bit rubbery, tasted a bit like cardboard. Cheese was excellent, glad I ordered extra cheese, kudos on that.I would not order from Tommy's again. I would not trust that they would get my order right, respond appropriately when I callled about it, or even care. This is the sort of place that only survives because New Yorkers are lazy and jaded and have given up trying to make a difference.EDIT: And I can't even use the Seamless app to get a refund on the soda, because it hasn't been updated as delivered yet, 30 minutes later.
