Please trust me on this as someone who has coffee every day and has tried every coffee shop you can think of. Nothing compares to the roasting plant. The roast options are amazing, you’ll find something you like here no matter how you like/what notes you like in your coffee. The coffee is always fresh, and trust me, you can tell the difference!
This is what gives them a big advantage over quite literally almost any other coffee shop. Also helps that the prices are SO fair for the neighborhood. I could go down the street to another popular coffee shop and get a smaller (and likely not as fresh) coffee for more $$.
AND everyone here is actually the sweetest. Genuine 10/10 experience every time. What more could you ask for?

I love a cafe that you could pick the beans!! But I was a bit disappointed with the Jamaica Blue Mountain that cost an extra $3 for an already expensive latte ($9 total), which I would have been happy to pay for but it wasn’t particularly worth the money. I’ve been to other cafes that serve the same bean for a similar taste for much. Also, they served a really small cup. Like $9 for a small latte?

Drinks were alright, not the best we’ve had in the city. The barista was quite standoffish when we tried to exchange pleasant conversation - hostility is not necessary if you’re working in a coffee shop, please improve your customer service. Made us regret leaving a tip.

delicious coffee - I have never seen a coffee shop where you can choose your desired coffee bean! Can definitely recommend the roasted vanilla coffee 🫶🏻
I love the coffee and the staff here, but the owners apparently do not care to take care of either because they haven’t fixed the lack of air conditioning at this location that has been ongoing for a while. It’s really unpleasant to go inside a space that is so hot, and it has to be quite uncomfortable for the staff to work in. The two stars I give are for the quality of the coffee and friendliness of the employees, but the deductions are warranted given the poor environment.

LOVE the coffee and the people working here are so friendly. Would give 5 stars but in the past few weeks it's been incredibly hot in the shop, especially when beans are roasting. It's difficult being in the store, I don't know how the baristas work all day in that environment...

Loved this coffee spot – great that you can choose your beans. The flat white had the perfect coffee-to-milk ratio with a smooth, creamy texture. The barista is super friendly and brightened up my morning.
