Our waiter did not put in our order properly. We order 1 appetizer and a pizza . he never ordered the pizza so had to wait an extra 25 minutes and we missed getting the giveaway at MSG.

I was excited to go to Roberta's pizza. The service by the waiter was well below subpar. I waited for a really long time for my drink. Our second appetizer came very late. We ordered one pizza and we were just sitting there waiting for literally 15 minutes. The waiter said he comped my drink because it was his error. At the end, it was still on the bill. I didn't have time to argue about reversing the charge because we had to catch a game. The food- The meatballs were very good. The fire and ice appetizer was very salty. The pizza was not very great. It was not only too salty, but also the crust did not hold up well at all for a brick oven pizza. I don't think I will be going back to Roberta‘s pizza gain. I've used their recipe for pizza dough (NY Times recipe) many times in the past at home which is what I will be doing. I can make a better pizza.

We loved the atmosphere, the service and the taste of the food - really cool variety. We definitely found the value to be incomparable, however. Each pizza was maybe 12" and $25+ with not that many toppings to warrant that price. My daughter got a soda, maybe 10oz glass that was filled with ice at $4...and NOT free refills (which we didn't see anywhere on the menu - if it's not listed there is a charge for refills, then it's assumed to be free like every other place I've ever dined). I get it's NYC, but $4 for maybe a total of 6oz of soda is insanity to me. If you have no budget and want a cool spot, this is a great place with wonderful staff. Just not worth it to us with the quantity of food/drink.

Food was absolutely delicious! Our favorite was the bread and stracciatella. I would go back just for more of that.

Just meh. Came here for the location after a show at MSG and Brooklyn location reviews. The salad was very lemony tasting, unusual in not a good way. Inedible. Pizza was nothing special and did not have enough cheese. Service was good. Bathrooms are downstairs, shared with a different pizzeria and were disgusting. Hand dryers, gross.

The pizza is very good! The noise level is very loud and the service was about 5 mins too slow but overall it was good and would go back - should mention very kid friendly which was just what we needed.

It's a great spot for those going to MSG or MSG Theatre. It was well prepared food, my Colorado Wagu style steak was the perfect medium rare and their pizzas are fresh with great flavors. The original Roberta's was a Bushwick, Brooklyn institution and I can see why. The prices are fair and the service is strong. Not a big dessert place but I'm often too full for a big dessert after dinner but they have gelato and tiramisu that are well done - my frozen dessert had hot honey and flake sea salt that made it not cloyingly sweet but a sweet and salty treat that was just enough.
