We celebrated my son's bday and they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They sang amazingly, the service was outstanding, and the food was delicious. A bit pricey but worth every dollar. I would go back every time I visit NYC.

Roccos is a great dining experience from the time you walk in until the time you leave. The vibe is so cool and upbeat. The staff are stellar! And the food is always exceptional. It's always a stop for me whenever I go to New York. You just can't have a better experience at a New York steakhouse. And I know there are several out there. But Roccos is the best for me!

What an incredible experience! I went there last night on 57th Street for Christmas Eve. 5 star customer service thanks to The Rock & staff, delicious lamb chops, tuna tartare and Pinot Noir. I had the pecan pie and ice cream, my mom had the crab cake and we shared the creamed spinach and mashed potatoes. I highly recommend! Thank you for such an enjoyable evening! I will definitely be back.

It took me around 1 hour to wait, even though we arrived at the scheduled time. But it is totally worth waiting. The steak is huge, juicy, and delicious. The potatoes are yummy. The pasta is creamy. We even have free dessert. The service is really professional and efficient. As foreigners, we don't have much experience picking the right dishes. The server helped a lot. We really appreciate that. Will be there next time.

Family Christmas dinner. Reservation at 8 p.m., followed by a one-hour wait before being seated — the restaurant is clearly overbooked and underprepared. It's easy enough to keep customers waiting at the bar with an apology and a complimentary cocktail. The meats are excellent and well prepared. The side dishes are decent but outrageously priced ($28 for a small dish of mac and cheese, $27 for the same portion of spinach!). The atmosphere is noisy, with an unpleasant draft. So, while the meats are very good, the rest does not live up to the restaurant's claimed standards. In Paris, a place like this would last only a few months...

We had an 8:00 PM Reservation for a Party of 10 which we made weeks ago. At 7:45 I went to check in and it took 20 minutes just for someone to answer a question at the check in area. This lack of customer service coupled with time away from my friends was quite honestly annoying to me. 15 Minutes later we went back to get an update on our table and we were told you will be seated in a few minutes. This went on and on until we finally were seated at approximately 9:10 PM. This is totally unacceptable and made the Rocco Dining experience unpleasant. Booked a reservation and had to wait over an hour and a half before we got seated and then another hour before we got our food. Clearly the place was overbooked and it's just not fair to do that to People who are out for a special occasion.

Rocco's. Ever disappoints. Took a friend for a birthday and then another friend's first trip to New York City. They make you feel so welcome. Kind and friendly waiters. They are very genuinely pleased to serve you. The porterhouse is fabulous and can be cooked to your pleasure. We had 5 of us and desires ranged from medium rare to well done! All were accommodating. We also had a seafood tower and the seafood was fabulous. They make their own steak and seafood sauces are the best. We took a bottle of the steak sauce home! The chopped salad is all veggies; not like others that are all lettuce. The onion rings are homemade. The desserts are fabulous. It's my favorite steakhouse in New York City. Go to the original on Madison between 27-28!

A relatively new steakhouse near Madison Park, maybe 10 years ago. It's a common story, but they hired a chef from the Wolfgang to start the restaurant, so you can taste the orthodox selection of steakhouses. We shared a crab cake and a porterhouse, and the crab cake was as good as the last visit to Keynes, although the meat tasted slightly less tasty.
