Romeo’s is my new East Village go-to. The Hugo Spritz hits perfectly, happy hour deals are solid, and yes, they really serve dinosaur nuggets. Cozy vibes, good pours, and worth the stop every time.
I’m pretty glad I didn’t go on a weekend or on a super busy night. This place has been on my list for a little while and I came in on a Sunday evening evening where the bar was virtually empty. There was maybe six patrons at the bar. The vibe is amazing from the moment you walk in. The bartender is very friendly And offers you complementary water as soon as you sit down. LOVE this bar. So quirky. 12/10 vibes. They had a pizza pop up once and it was soooo good. Cucumber gin & tonic, pornstar martini, cosmos are all fab drinks. They usually have some seats but it totally can get busy.
