Roger is the best, always attentive to the table, suggesting options he thinks you’ll love and asking if you want the best instagramable options. He’s so 2025 lol love him! He gets it. When I went it was really busy but you wouldn’t know by the level of attention and service.

Roger was amazing ! The service was amazing and he was very attentive. The food was great we got light bites wings and sliders and of course we went during Sunset Hours so the drinks were flowing ! Definitely recommend ! I’ll be back.

Republica in Dyckman is the perfect mix of great food, music, and vibes. The rooftop is beautiful, cocktails are creative (try the El Perfume!) and the food is packed with flavor — the Tres Golpes and salmon were standouts. Service is friendly and fast, and the atmosphere turns into a full-on party by night. A must-visit if you want amazing energy and delicious Dominican-inspired dishes all in one place!
