This is good Mexican food. Nothing to really rave about. Nice service. Nice ambiance. I've been here before and will return sometime in the future.
Rosa Mexicano used to be one of my favorite restaurants. Sadly they've fallen off big time. The food doesn't taste the same (lacks quality) and you get way less than what you pay for. I had 3 of the tiniest fish tacos I've ever seen and they weren't very tasty. The Caesar salad was also very basic and boring. Even the drinks were blah. I'm highly disappointed that I wasted $110. I will never go back and encourage others not to patronize them either. Sucks because the last time I dined at Rosa Mexicano (over a year ago), I had a similar experience, but chalked it up to location (E18th Street). So I visited the Lincoln Center location yesterday for old times sake and wish I'd never given them another opportunity to disappoint me and make me waste my hard earned money.
Amazing. I haven't been to this restaurant in about 20 years. It's exactly as I remembered!
We really enjoyed the experience. Service was good, staff friendly, drinks tasty and food met expectations. Thank you very much!.
Went with friends and they were very accommodating. The food is fun fun fun. We all enjoyed what we ate. Our waiters Anthony was excellent. I was very happy that he gave us separate checks as some of us drink, and some of us don't drink. Have nothing bad to say about his restaurant except the bathroom is a very long flight of stairs and I use a cane, but that's my only complaint.
A great pre-theatre/concert/ballet/opera standby, conveniently across the street from Lincoln Center. The service is efficient, and the food is good, if somewhat overpriced. The tableside-prepared guacamole is decent enough, although the portion was small. The duck tacos and enchiladas are excellent.
A go-to spot before a performance in Lincoln Center. Fun and reliably dependable. Lively, but not too noisy, very mixed crowd. If there's better guac, I don't know where it is. All the other entrees we've had over the years have been satisfying. Desserts, too.
Excellent experience and service, delicious food

The service here is never anything less than stellar, the drinks are great, the guacamole is tasty, but the food is so hit or miss. We usually stick to drinks and appetizers, but every so often, we try something from the main menu and it’s unfortunately been disappointing.
The shrimp tacos include a single butterflied piece of shrimp and water drains out of them (maybe the cabbage isn’t being spun?). It’s just difficult to justify spending $18 on three shrimp, even in Manhattan.
To be clear, this is a great spot to meet for a few drinks and some light snacks, but you can find a much better meal at the nearby taco trucks.

Belen was an exceptional waitress; great recommendations, very attentive and a lovely warm manner. The food was very good - I had been recommended this restaurant by a Mexican born foodie I met in the city, and it didn't disappoint! I had ceviche, guacamole (mixed at the table, a great touch) and the shrimp tacos. Absolutely delicious! Try to come here if you're anywhere near the area for a welcoming atmosphere and an authentic taste! ☺️?

Very pleasantly surprised here. The chicken quesadillas were flavorful, and the drinks were decently strong and well mixed. We were served quickly (even though they were PACKED) and the waiter was polite. Pineapple guacamole was funky but that was just my preference, my friend enjoyed it. Prices typical of the area, as expected. Recommended!
