Park lane is absolutely wonderful, this is the second time we stayed and I feel like I couldn’t stay anywhere else. The staff are amazing! So friendly, and really make you feel welcomed and cared about. The staff will assist you with anything you need. Doormen are great!
Came here 3 weeks before Christmas and this was the only place open as the roof top was closed for private party.Got a spot for 2 and ordered the pizza and it was delicious! The tuna tartare was good and fresh!Good drinks!The place was packed and the service was good!Gratuity of 20% is already included ! Just fyi
We booked Park Lane because we wanted a room with a great view in Central Park, and that is exactly what we got. The window was big, and allowed for a breathtaking view of the park. We spent a good chunk of our two days in the room, taking in the view during different times of the day. It was well worth it and a great experience! The rest was, not so great.
