Really good pizza, both the dough, thin and crunchy, and the seasoning. Especially the pizza with the yellow cherry tomato sauce. Friendly and helpful staff. Inside are photos of famous patrons. Definitely worth trying. Good prices.

While everyone is lined up for Joes pizza, I’m down the block at Rosella. I love their kindness and the freshness of the food. The cook was kind enough to make the tomato sauce for my shrimp parm to my liking (sweet). The seating area is clean and the prices are reasonable.

I wish I could give zero stars. Didn't deliver order ans for one hour only answered my call once and even though conversation was polite to try to understand status they hung up on me. Then won't answer. Twenty people waiting for food that will not show. So embarrassing. Never order from this place.

Went to pick up food through and had no food available to actually pick up.
Was told that there was nothing that they could do and tried to tell be to come in the next day, knowing nothing could be done the next day (they could claim I never came to take compensation the day after)
Men spoke secondary language (of which I am fluent) to try and dissociate from me and issue.
Nothing was taken care of and any other issues will be separated and removed so that you have to support in your problem.

Pizza tastes amazing. Unfortunately an American cockroach fell on my neck from the ceiling vent. I looked on the floor and saw two dead roaches. I informed the counter and I received a nonchalant “Ok” from him. I instantly regretted eating here.

I see they are giving discount recently to one agency. I asked the staff about discount how can our city agency can get a discount. When I ask several time all staff on duty who is the boss. They seem not to know or afraid to say who he was and when he comes to establishment. If you are owner please respond to review and I will change rating. Thank you

Their delivery drivers will run you down on the middle of the sidewalks. NYPD needs to get here to control this crap. Just had a run in with a delivery driver for the third time in as many weeks as a local. This place is crap.
