A one and done for me. Walked in for dinner (a huge mistake on my part) and was immediately informed I had to give the table back in 1.5 hrs. Very welcoming. Well while i waited forever to be attended to within my 1.5hrs i found a nasty bug hiding out in my napkin. The food was lacking in flavor. Believe the Yelp reviews. The salad was not fresh at all and tasteless. The entree was a waste of time severely lacking in seasoning. Management needs to realize that service is subpar at this establishment. You had all these workers milling around this horribly noisy place dragging chairs and slamming dishes on the table, yet they all manage not to see you trying to get their attention smh. Also, please get rid of this sheisty, sneaky way of shoving those payment machines in our faces with tips starting from 20% on sometimes the total, not the subtotal as it should be. It's tacky and shows less than honest business practices. These machines have been used all over Europe since the 2000s but trust Americans to abuse the purpose of a thing. Now that the restaurants got their greasy hands on it, they use it as a tactic to extort tips out of patrons. I will gladly tip for even half decent service, but for subpar service combined with tasteless unseasoned food, it leaves a bad taste.

A nice place for a quick bite. The drinks are not great. They dont have top shelf liquor, but they're open about it. Maybe they could get on that. Overall, it was a good experience.
Edited to respond: Thank you. I'll make sure to ask my server to double-check with the bartender next time. He may have been new, understandable that he didn't know your full liquor selection. I'd like to stress that he was nice, though.

We had a fantastic meal and experience. The place is super cute and service is friendly and polite. Food options are plenty and interesting. We shared apps, the food was delish.
Lovely place and great brunch options. Their eggs Benedict and Lemon pancakes are excellent.

Overall, it's a nice, spacious place. The food is delicious and enough. As for the staff, I feel they all have an unfriendly attitude. It's not that they're rude or ill-mannered, they're just unfriendly. From the hostess to the waiters and food runners, everyone shows little interest or empathy. Personally, I'm the type of customer who likes to be greeted with a smile and to feel that my waiter feels comfortable helping me.

Awful experience. It was Pride. Place was packed. We ordered. Manager came over and said we would have to lower our voice or he would have to end our experience. Ladies next to us were just as confused as we were by the statement. Our appetizers came out be we decided to voluntarily end our experience there because we felt unwelcome. Go spend your money and time elsewhere. This was just a indication of how they treat people on Pride. Manager clearly had issues.
