Really lovely evening, post early jazz. Only table we could get on open table was 9:30, later than we had hoped but we were there at 8:45 and the staff were very accommodating. There were plenty of tables which made us question why open table said there were only 2 slots left at 9:30 and 9:45! We were very grateful that we did arrive early as the restaurant was empty at 10:15, so we would have been eating alone. We were beautifully looked after and the food was first class. Definitely an issue with opentable, which I have come across before. Look forward to returning next time in NYC

We sat at the bar. The bartender was fantastic. Unfortunately the food was not. The salad we started with was very good. Then came our meal which we got the meatballs and rigatoni dish. The pasta was average at best. The meatballs were some of the worst we've had around the city. Personally, I wouldn't waste my time or money coming. Was hoping for a great experience based on what we read but it did not live up to the reviews.

In the West Village restaurant scene, light and air are serious commodities. Rosemary's offers a wonderful physical atmosphere, with lovely help and great food. Love this place :)
