Very rude hostess. They do not take reservations but discreetly do. For happy hour they do not let you order food past 5:45, which was not mentioned when we put our name down for 5:30.

Roey’s Happy Hour definitely lives up to the hype when it comes to food. The pizza is outstanding—easily one of the best in New York. Unfortunately, the drinks and service were a letdown. We ordered the rosemary spritz for $5, only to receive a drink that was mostly ice, with barely any liquid. Despite asking twice (two different waitresses), our second round of drinks never arrived. To make matters worse, we were handed the bill before we’d even finished our meal, and without requesting it! I understand the restaurant is busy and may need the table, but at least have the courtesy to serve our drinks and wait until we’re done before rushing us out.

The happy hour‘s spritz and pizza were both really good and their prizes are more than fair! The service however left a lot to be desired. We were welcomed rather drily and it felt like they wanted us (just like the table next to us) out as quickly as possible. We were given the bill without being asked just so that nobody cashes in on us for 15 minutes. Promising food and location but disappointing overall experience.

I went to Roey's in December of 2024. Seriously, the coziest atmosphere ever!!!! The food was incredible and all of the staff is so kind. The food, drinks, and dessert are all delicious. I suggest making a reservation beforehand because they were busy. But, I had a great experience at Roey's and will definitely be back!

Went here the other day for brunch, it has a really cute interior in a great neighborhood. unfortunately the pizza we got had a super soggy bottom crust, but the flavor was good otherwise. The salad we ordered was huge! Bigger than 2 people could eat so that was a win. The servers were lovely but all in all I found it to be just okay… I will say they have a really great bottomless mimosa deal at $25! Can’t beat that!

Cute spot, can get a bit loud in the front room so maybe asked to be sat down the back if that worries you. Very friendly servers and everything on the menu was reasonably priced. The BEST happy hour in nyc. Have been several times and it has been great. I did notice that when i went yesterday the appeal spritz a drinks were filled less than previous times and the pizza was also thinner and had less cheese/sauce.
