The food is ok and the cooks who take the food orders were great. But the cashier lady has poor customer service who was unprofessional and had a very bad attitude. She made a mistake of giving my order to someone else when she could have easily admitted fault, apologized for it, and also confirm with the rightful owner (which she used to usually do for months) before deciding to give random orders to anyone. Shame on her as I wont be back and will seek breakfast elsewhere.

they warned me three times for taking sausage! I go there when I have no choice !
Had a Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad wasn’t bad until I found the fly in my salad.
purchased a peanut butter & jelly sandwich like i always used to do a while back. Boy has it changed. They barely put any pp&j and when i conforted the cashier, he said "if you don't like, don't buy it". Terrible to serve a sandwich with barely any pp& j and terrible way to talk to a customer who has been supporting Rosen's and purchasing from Rosen's caffee for over 10 years.
Quite possibly the worst.. dried out pancakes and super salty sausage. Not worth the money spent.
It's a nice spot for lunch. The servings are hearty and the food is fresh. It's available on MealPal as well, which is nice and makes it a good value for lunch options.
Horrible! Second time I go in and for the second time they screw up my order. What pisses me off is that they are talking in spanish and I ask for my order in spanish and they still couldn't get it right twice. If I ask for exactly what someone else just received why in the hell would I receive anything different and if I ask for just a sandwich why would they take it upon themselves to add fries to my order, it's not like the fries are free. Won't be back!
Rosen's at 2 Broadway is convenient for the people that work there, but not any more affordable than the other restaurants in the area. From now on, I'll take feeling like a valued customer over convenience and continue to walk the extra block to Flavors from now on. Their prices are about the same or less and the quality of food and service is way better there, especially since they have more menu items and more toppings for your omelette.Today I went to Rosen's out of convenience and when I asked about my order I was addressed with "what?!" and a snark response which was not called for at all. This is the second time this has happened to me. They're too busy for good customer service or quality food.At Rosen's, everything is prepared on one grill which leaves my food tasting like every other food that has been or is being prepared. I had french toast today that tasted like bacon and sausage grease. The chefs don't change their gloves or clean the grill in between orders. If this bothers you as much as it bothers me, then express your dietary needs to staff at Flavors and they'll oblige. Flavors isn't as convenient as Rosen's, so its less busy, but that just means they're more likely to treat you with respect. The staff there also remembers just about everyone's order just by seeing their face which is an added touch.Hope this helps,Nathalie
