I remember walking through here when they were redoing penn station and the letters went up. You have to stop here if you come through or just leaving the game. I don’t come to nyc without a slice or two from Roses.
The pizza tastes so authentic — the crust is perfect and the cheese is rich and flavorful. You can really tell the quality in every bite. Honestly, it’s 100 times better than the Sbarro right next door.
I love this place as I’ve been coming here for years. I remember it as far back as when it was where Duane Reade is now. The girls that sold beer used to know me by name. After they close for construction, it’s changed. And of course it has but what pissed me off is this. When you pay for your beer with a card, it takes a long time for the tip screen to come on.
