Popular bakery in Midtown with a wide selection of fresh pastries, breads, and desserts. The croissants and pastries are particularly good, and everything feels high quality. Can get busy during peak hours, and prices are a bit on the higher side, but staff are friendly and efficient.

The staff was welcoming, with a smile on their face, so that must be a good place to work.
I ordered a hot chocolate which was the best one I had had in NYC so far. The Pain au chocolat was Ok, but didn't really live to my expectations. The dough had a sweet taste, maybe due to some glazing they put on top.
