This restaurant is located on the lower level of Macy’s Herald Square, so it is super convenient for hungry shoppers. I arrived after 1pm, so the place was quiet and I got seated immediately. The guacamole was just OK, but the portion was big for one person (this was part of a prix fixe menu). The burger was flavorful and juicy, perfectly grilled medium rare as requested. The fries were crispy. Overall, it was a good experience.

The only time I go is during my lunch time (treat myself every once in a while) the food has been amazing, service fast, service incredible, Rowlands owes me nothing, always a good time last visit my server came over to me and treated me to this decadent chocolate cake the best thing I’ve tasted in a long time desert wise 10/10 would recommend

Amazing, just amazing. And on top of the great meal you will partake in, get the chocolate cake, delicious decadent and moist as ever!! I got it from an amazing server no charge she just liked my vibe and I liked hers, such a treat for me, I wish I could remember her name because she was why we should frequent this restaurant, a must try

We were exhausted and needed a place for lunch and we stumbled into this restaurant. It was absolutely fantastic. Stephen was our server. He was amazing. We never had an empty drink. Very attentive and our order was correct. Very friendly guy. Best server we’ve had in a while. And great restaurant too.

This was a wonderful place to meet up for happy hour - and so fun that it's a 'speakeasy' located in the basement of the world's most famous and recognizable Macy's. Service was on point - attentive but not intrusive, and the food and drinks were all SO good. We had the sweet potato fries, pull apart bread, wings, mussels, strawberry shortcake, and amazing chocolate cake. 12/10 on all items.

While my waiter was extremely pleasant, the food took a long time even though the joint was empty.. I ordered the Salmon which was delicious, but under the fish was a small portion of rice... That was weird- never heard of too much fish!! Lol.. I won't be back!!😒 Rice was literally (4) forks full... I've never heard of that with an entree meal..
