Rowland's Bar & Grill

Rollie Burger supposed to have pork belly but they used bacon and the server didn't advise ahead of it even though he knew when asked. Also out of Bloody Mary mix which is ridiculous.

They were out of many menu items. (Menu-favorite rolls, cake, calamari). The wedge salad was made incorrectly. Staff was a bit disorganized (despite tge restaurant being fairly empty)

A great place to grab a couple of beers whilst the ladies shopped. The barman, Hector, is a great guy and is a font of local knowledge. He's definitely worth talking to if you are looking for ideas of where to eat and drink in NYC. The IPA was very drinkable.

Great staff and manager. Space was very clean and food was well worth the value. Excellent customer experience

Menu and drinks lists are okay, could have a few more choices. The food and beer that I ordered were pretty good actually. However, the service could be improved. The waiter didn't ask if I'd like anything else, he just cleared the table quickly and produced the check. Looked like they wanted to get closed up. Having said this, the total cost of dinner was great. Although, it's a pretty average place I'd go back there again another time. Would just like to see some improvement to the service. With thanks.

Hector was our Bartender ! Hector provided great service and that was a pleasant surprise! It’s so challenging to get superior service or someone who enjoys their job! The chicken wings were great thanks to the cook. It’s also challenging to find properly cooked and seasoned food!
My friend and I were at Rowland Bar and grill for 4 hours while our wives enjoyed Macy’s department store. Oh by the way, it was the best way to wait for our wives as well as walk around New York! Great Afternoon!

Food is good but overpriced. You can get better wings and Mozzarella sticks in Manhattan and city for cheaper with more portions. I would suggest them to have atleast 12 wings for the price you're charging and at least 10 Mozzarella sticks . If not more for both. Service is good

The food is decent, portions are small and prices are higher than most places for what you get. The service is horribly slow, cold and unprofessional. The manager should conduct her business with employees away from the dining room!
