Kitchen forgot my grilled onions and sent out burnt fries. When I asked about it, they said the grill was down (even though I had just received a freshly grilled burger).Bartender was nice. Burger was good, but disappointed that they didn't serve what I ordered and my fries were burned.

Girl/server with long black hair and tattoos was so rude, never coming back. I work in industry and would never act like that to a guest. Im never needy or even ask for service when I see a staff member occupied, but upon saying hello it was met with a strange side eye and a finger saying "you can wait" .. I said hello and this is first interaction, didn't 'bother' her more than once with a single sentence, left immediately

My brother rented out this space yesterday to celebrate his birthday. We rented the space (EXPENSIVE BTW) from 4-7 and the runner was so nice and helpful constantly serving our tables food and drinks. At 7pm when our party was finished a heavily pierced and tattooed woman with black hair (who had just gotten there) approached the birthday boy and aggressively demanded a tip. She had not helped or served us once, everyone who helped us was tipped. She literally threw a tantrum and went berserk telling us "get out the f*** out of her bar" and trying to intimidate. Unacceptable behavior of a staff member especially considering the money we spent here. Disgusting way to treat paying customers.

Great local. I've been coming here for years and never bothered to leave a review, but had such a great time through it seemed worth it. Food is stellar and diverse, beer selection always has what I want, and staff is engaging, cheeky, and make you feel welcome. Recommend anyone in the area stop by.
