Tie Die pizza is better literally anywhere else. Tell your local pizza joint about it today.

Nicely curated pizza restaurant with terrific made to order thin crust pizzas. The flavors are outstanding and work well together. Nice wine list to compliment the food. Cocktails and beer are also served. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

I got the 18-inch half and half pizza - vodka sauce on one half, pepperoni and meatballs on the other half.

The service was amazing.

Just german review ??:

The Rubirosa is a cozy little restaurant. It's a bit tight in places, and there's only one toilet for all guests, which means waiting times are inevitable.

A gluten-free pizza and a lasagne (for 2) were ordered.

The food came after about 20 minutes, was rich and tasted good.
When making lasagna, make sure that you don't use classic ragu (minced meat), but rather small-cut sausage or sausage meat. The sausage is salsiccia, which some people might not like due to the fennel.

The staff was friendly, although sometimes difficult to reach.

In terms of price, the restaurant is in the lower, middle NY range (positive)

All in all, we can definitely recommend the restaurant.

Great service, great atmosphere. Would recommend 100% well worth walking up Mulberry street and getting away form the tourist restaurants. Will definitely visit again!

This was my fav cheese pizza in NYC! Unbelievably simple, delicious, fresh and crispy! The only comment I have is about their service and the loooong wait time! We waited almost 2 hours to get a table! Other than that it was super!

We visited Rubirosa Ristorante in New York and were absolutely delighted. We tried their famous thin-crust pizza, which was perfectly crispy and packed with flavor. Every bite was a treat, made with fresh ingredients and a perfect texture. For dessert, we couldn’t resist their homemade tiramisu, which was the perfect sweet ending to our mealβ€”delicious and beautifully presented.

The atmosphere is cozy, and the service was friendly and attentive. You can easily reserve a table through Resy or directly at the restaurant, though the latter option might be slower depending on how busy they are.

We will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended for lovers of authentic pizza and Italian desserts!
