I love Ruby’s so much! But I would really appreciate it if you could change the delivery packaging for pastas. I understand we’re trying to be eco-friendly, but using a paper box for pasta doesn’t work very well. It soaks up the sauce, and by the end, the paper starts falling apart.
Again, I really love Ruby’s! This feedback is just regarding delivery. Thank you!

The service. They are all lovely and bonus: super stylish. The food is good and well presented. I’ll come back a third time next time I am passing by NYC for sure

Visited around 2 PM on a Friday and waited about 10 minutes for an outdoor table. I ordered the pineapple mint juice, which was refreshing, and the fried chicken burger with fries, plus a side of bacon jam. The fries were crispy, medium-thick, and paired well with the truffle aioli. The chicken burger was tasty, but a bit messy; there was a little too much coleslaw.

My mom had the Ricotta Hotcakes, and I tried a bite. They were soft, fluffy, and perfectly sweet. Served with bananas, cream, and syrup, they were a standout! I don't know if this place is anything to write home about, but it's good.

Amazing food for all meals/times of the day! They have great pasta for dinner and even better brunch! They also have a great banana bread with passion fruit butter that is unique!

Some food here is really wonderful (ricotta pancakes!).
Lemonades are just terrible and taste so cheap.
Stuff does not really care about you, and you are satisfied with order or not.
I would still come for ricotta pancakes and some other items, but this place could do much better.

Very quick service, and friendly, too. The bowls were tasty, and very light. They felt a bit too light for the price. Nice fresh ambiance, I loved the outdoor seating.
