Not bad, but not great. I think the price is steep for what you get. I had the Ruby's Ragú and it was quite watery. The pasta itself was good but the sauce was definitely lacking. The service was friendly and the place itself is nice and not too loud at night, but I likely won't be returning.

This was my first visit to a Little Ruby's Cafe. It was a Wednesday at 11:30am and already close to capacity. When asked, I chose to sit outdoors in the dining shed. I ordered the Bondi "Burger." I enjoyed my meal while watching pedestrian traffic and listening to pop-eque tunes. I received a bottle of water which I couldn't drink much of because of a Broadway play I was going to afterwards. The sandwich was fine with the best part being the spicy chili sauce but it was thin, small, slippery and hence, messy. It was a moist towelette needed type of meal.

Overall would recommend, we walked in and had a wait for brunch but it was about 20-30 minutes so not bad. The Blueys Sandwich was very good and so were the pancakes. My friend had the fried chicken burger and the chocolate cake and said both were really good as well. The only thing I would skip next time is the matcha, it really lacked flavor. I would definitely go back though. It had some outdoor seating I think and inside it was crowded, so your every close to the tables next to you but it wasn't too loud.

My friend and I stopped by for dinner, as she mentioned that this spot has consistently good food and drinks. And it did not disappoint - the food we got was delicious. It was incredibly busy when we were there, but service was fairly quick and responsive. We got the shrimp avocado salad, spicy vodka pasta, and fries with truffle aioli to share. The salad had a good amount of toppings, and I enjoyed the dressing. And the pasta was well-sauced and very filling. My favorite part of the meal were the fries - they were perfectly crispy and seasoned. I also got the ruby spritz, which is basically just an aperol spritz, and it wasn't bad at all. All in all, I enjoyed my experience, and will definitely come back again to try their heavier fare like their burgers or breakfast items.

Placed order for delivery. Large order by the way. Restaurant used Uber eats for delivery. The order never arrived! Uber eats and Rubys both REFUSED to refund order.Rubys wouldn’t even remake order. They chose to use Uber eats for delivery and my order for $175 was stolen and i have to eat that cost?! This is bogus. Will never order from here again!

I mean wow. The heart and soul of Murray Hill if you ask me. Every time we come in, we're treated like princes(ses). From our host's warm welcome to the manager (I think her name was Nell?) making sure we were happy and satisfied the whole way through, it was top notch!

Visited on a Saturday with my children and a friend and her two kids. Of course it was busy, so the wait was 45 minutes which was totally fine for us. We ran an errand and by the time we finished it was time to sit. The restaurant is small but has high ceilings and a giant window which help it to feel more open. Despite the bustling and chatter of tables near us, we were able to have meaningful conversation and enjoy each other's company as well as our food! I ordered the salad and everyone else ordered the ricotta pancakes. My salad was delicious, light but filling. My kids are pancake lovers and were talking about those pancakes for days. Safe to say, we'll be back! P.S. The spiked apple cider was pretty good too!

Whatever you do, do not order takeout. They charge you 5% not including service fee and tax just to order a takeout meal. I paid $24.33 for half a pasta dish with sprinkled peas and leftover microwaveable meat. My meal tasted like premade meal from FreshDirect or KidsCuisine. what a disappointment. Here’s a picture of my untouched food that I received from Murray Hill. Definitely nothing great about this cafe. If you want to spend less money, on additional fees, make sure you dine in so you don’t have to pay a ridiculous fee to enjoy their disgusting food elsewhere. I’m sure they’ll present their dishes well at their restaurant. But don’t bother ordering take out from them.

I can't stress how bad this food was. Beyond burger tasted terrible. Truffle fries soggy and cold and inedible and spicy vodka pasta was tasteless. Waste of $65. Just no.

I love how consistent Little Ruby's is across all of its locations. The Murray Hill location was no exception! Everything was great. This was my first time ordering their sweet potato fries and wow!!! They were so incredible that we had to get a second order.

This is such a great place for brunch. Very nice staff, delicious food and reasonable prices! There is usually a long wait on weekends so make sure to not be in a hurry while going here. Definitely worth the wait! You can also order to pickup at this location which is great.

I ordered takeout and I wished I didn’t. The shrimp salad was very small, and the shrimps weren’t deveined properly and smelled fishy. There were only 3 shrimps in the salad and barely any tomatoes. The truffle fries were soggy and bland
