If i'm in new york then Im going to rubys. hands down. this particular location has become my least favorite. the steak wasn't my cup of tea and the service was okay compared to other locations. i appreciate the accommodations nonetheless, if you don't like something then you don't pay for it.
Not a pleasant experience. One of the worst service we've experienced. From the host having an attitude to the careless server. Didn't care about our allergies, brought up wrong food, also felt like self service where we needed to top up our waters and pack up food to go. Very loud and it actually felt like high-school cafeteria.
SO, so, so loud Unnecessary pounding music on top of people Yelling to be heard. Ridiculous
The restaurant had a noisy atmosphere, but the service was quite slow. I had to ask a few times about our food and for simple things like salt and pepper. When the food arrived, it was a bit cold, and the added chicken on the salad wasn't worth the extra cost.
Great food, friendly service. It's a little noisy, but not as bad like others have said. Service was great not slow like others have stated. I would highly recommend.
I love Little Ruby's: fresh, delicious food; excellent cocktails; just-right price point. Something for everyone--went last night w/3 generations, & we all had a very enjoyable evening. I'll be back soon.
First time at Ruby's and was very impressed. Everything we experienced was spot on. Would definitely recommend - at least this location.
Split the avocado toast and chicken sandwich with a friend. Add salmon and sweet potato fries! Great easy brunch spot
It's hard to choose which salad to get they all look and sound wonderful. I loved my greens with chicken and avocado and lemon pepper dressing will go back again
My friend got food poising unfortunately. Not sure why but she ordered a main dish, the chicken schnitzel I believe and truffle fries. My food was great!
Restaurantji Recommends
It felt like we were in a Higher School cafeteria!! I couldn't even hear my friend sitting across from, it felt like we couldn't talk without screaming at each other!!! Way too loud, almost unbearable. Wouldn't recommend inside maybe outside seating
Never go there again. Unfortunately, our dining experience was disappointing due to the service. When we politely requested a table change before sitting down, the hostess insisted that the nearby tables for 2 besides us were reserved for larger groups, but later seated two people there, which felt unfair. The table we were given was right next to where waiters were preparing their work, which made the experience distracting and unpleasant. The restaurant was extremely loud, so my friend and I had to raise our voices throughout the meal. Although I couldn’t help but wonder if there was some bias behind the seating decision, I’m willing to chalk it up to the fast-paced New York dining culture. On the bright side, the food was delicious, but we had to cut the meal short because it was exhausting trying to eat in such an environment.

Always sat right away and served right away! We love coming in. Food is always consistently good and vibes are great.
Service was excellent on a busy Saturday night. Delicious food especially the Ruby ragú, rich flavor and extremely filling. Good portion sizes, not excessive but plentiful. Would also recommend the salad bowls and sweet potato fries with sour cream & chili sauce.Cocktails reasonably priced. Atmosphere was noisy but it didn't deflect from our experience.
Food was nice, but the restaurant itself was pretty unclear and not well kept. I would not recommend it or eat there again.
