I had pizza from Sacco before, and every time I went there, I really enjoyed it. I recommend it to anyone

Anybody that comes to New York needs to go to this pizza shop! It’s everything that you need from a pizza. Thin crust! Cheesy goodness! They have other options to customize your pizza, but the classic cheese pizza is top-tier!

Over-rated and underwhelming.
Sacco's was recommended to me with high reviews but i was appalled to see the low level of cleanliness and hygiene in this pizza shop. The pizza guys who were handling cash then directly touching and making pizza without washing hands is quite concerning. The display case had a cheese calzone on the top shelf with hair on it. The sitting area had a depressed feeling of neglect and need for some renovations or a deep cleaning. I'm guessing the high reviewers just dismiss the filth as nostalgia. For me, I'll stick with the other amazing pizzerias around nyc that clean, and are clean

Came to New York in search of the best slice, went no further after finding Sacco’s. They don’t make em like the owner Peter anymore, you can tell he puts his heart into his pizza and the community. Eating at Sacco’s felt like a family dining room. Highly suggest the Grandma’s slice as it comes!
