Saga is a 10 points experience from start to finish. It is a wonderful place to celebrate a loved one and share the experience with friends. You arrive, they meet you with a choice of two drinks, that then the waitress takes to the table.

We chose the seasonal tasting menu which goes through multiple courses. Both menus were great. They were able to accommodate a vegetarian menu as we called with time. Each of the dishes were absolutely delicious.

We also did the wine pairing, the discovery selection of wines. We tried so many incredible wines. It was totally worth.

Staff were on point every step of the way. They were super kind, accommodating and walked us through each step with kindness.

Totally recommend Saga.

Saga was a fun evening with fantastic food (we did the short tasting menu which was more than enough to satiate us), outrageously great wines (we chose the premium wine pairing), and world class, friendly service. The views were pretty amazing too, perhaps one of the best I have had other than Jules Verne in the Eiffel Tower in Paris. That said, I was disappointed with the decor (our table wobbled as the pedestal wasn’t large or strong enough for the heavy Labrador Antique granite table top) and the entire ambiance was austere, but in a weird Japan meets IKEA way. If you can get past the ambience it is well worth the trip.

I was able to make a last minute reservation a couple days out for a Friday evening. The restaurant was on the 63rd floor and in the lobby, once we checked in, we took a seat. Someone came to get us when the table was ready and we took an elevator up. We were sat outside with an absolutely gorgeous view. Liam provided top notch service and when it got chilly, we asked for blankets which they provided. The view here is absolutely unparallel. It was quiet and you could enjoy the conversation. The food were all amazing and we enjoyed everything. There was one dish that was overly savory but everything was still very good and cooked to perfection. After, we had asked if we could check out upstairs (Over Story) for a drink and they helped escort us upstairs. It was incredibly busy and the music was very loud but once we were able to get our drinks, we did make our way outside for the night view.

Overall, what a beautiful view at a lovely restaurant and we would absolutely come back.

The experience was cool as they first take you for a welcome tea, and out on the rooftop bar with fancy heated chairs. The dining experience was good but I thought the food wasnt so spectacularly tasty to be worth the price.

I don’t leave these 5 stars lightly. There was truly nothing amiss with our evening at Saga. On top of being incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and flat out likable, it seemed the staff was committed to every detail of our night being filled with magic.

The food blew us away with remarkable flavors, presentation, and quality. We appreciated the commemorative menus but don’t think remembering the courses will be a challenge. Unforgettable in every good way. The environment was second to none, and as the evening wore on and the sun set it transformed from a beautiful view of the city to a romantic view of the lights of the night.

Thanks to all of the Saga team for making such magic.

After finishing a glass of champagne at Overstory, we were escorted down to Saga for an evening that felt both elevated and personal. The staff recognized my niece’s special day, and a thoughtful card awaited us at the table, setting a celebratory tone that carried over seamlessly from Overstory.

The seasonal tasting menu was a masterclass in creativity and precision, with each course introduced with care and pride. We swapped one dish for the Wagyu, which was rich, buttery, and unforgettable. The meal closed with a delicious dessert accompanied by a special small cake for my niece.

Adding to the warmth, Captain Sebastian stopped by to chat, making us feel as though we weren’t just dining, but truly being hosted. From start to finish, Saga delivered breathtaking views, exceptional food, and genuine hospitality, creating the perfect setting for a milestone celebration high above the city.

Well. The views are stunning let's start with that. It goes downhill pretty quickly from there though. It is a shame we were moved from the terrace to the indoors because of rain that was predicted 5 hours earlier but never happened. Luckily, the indoor dining area was empty so it wasn't a problem.

I will hand it to the chef with the second course. The manai dish was excellent and inspired. It was light, refreshing, crisp, and left you just wanting more. I was really excited to see what else would come out of the kitchen but it went so far downhill from there it is hard to hide my disappointment.

The tuna dish was overwhelmed by basil and melon. The Spanish turbot was so overcooked I'm glad I paid extra for the uni to give it some moisture. The main of lamb was covered in demi so thick the other items of the dish could not be tasted. I'm looking at the menu card that we received from the restaurant at the end of our meal and I'm astonished there were cherry tomatoes, eggplant and winter truffle in the dish. I also paid $45 for black truffle and the demi overpowered a taste as strong as truffle...that is an insane thing to say.

My partner went with the a5 add on for $85. It might as well have been a chicken shish kebab from one of the food carts on the street. It was also covered with so much sauce you couldn't tell what it was, and he complained about how hard it was to cut. For an a5 rating of beef. This place is not serious.

Meal was $1200 for two people with a 20% tip if you are wondering. I would be pissed if someone charged me $250 for something this embarrassing.

Whatever this place used to be to deserve 2 Michelin stars is absolutely not what it is now. Save your money and eat at McDonald's - it would be better.

What an experience!!! Everything from the greetings, care, service, plating, taste, views and experience is pure perfection and out of this world. The taste menu was spot on. Every bite was like an explosion. The Moroccan tea they served was exceptional and had the perfect ratio. The menu really allows you enough time to truly relax and have a good time with your partner and they truly treat you like royalty. They present and explain every dish to you and there are so many. The views from the floor are also out of this world. I would love to go back!
