Such a lovely place with relaxing and clam atmosphere! Veggie dumplings and Oolong tea cake were delicious. We were lucky to get a private room for the 3 of us. The service was excellent, the waitress kept filling more water for us as we chatting a lot. We had non-caffeine herbal tea, Organic Chrysanthemum which was great. First impression is everything. Thank you for providing a great experience. If you're a tea lover, I'd reckon Sage Collective without any reservation!

Amazing!!! Quick service and the hazelnut cake was light and not too sweet. The texture of the cake was spongey and not dense. The chrysanthemum tea was light and floral.

Absolutely love this place. It reminds me of cafes in HongKong, Asia, etc. Love the menu, music and vibe. Food choices are unique, blend of Asian ingredients with western options. Everything looks delicious and healthy on the menu. We ordered tea, mushroom toast, yogurt and a pumpkin soup. I will definitely go back to try other foods. Service was good.

Love the tea room concept! Came here at Saturday 4pm on a hot date. Restaurant was pretty packed but we had a prior reservation so we were whisked to our seats quickly. We ordered the $42 3 tea plus yam cake sets. Definitely a great place to hang out with friends and has a good ambiance for a casual date. For our three teas we got a oolong, Puer, and green tea. I'm not a tea snob so wouldn't be able to judge the teas too well, but I must say we were both delighted with what we got. My favorite was the oolong and hers the green tea. Lots of complex aromatic flavors with each sip, and you can taste thesubtle change of flavor profile the more refills you get. The pu er was a surprise as it turned out to be not as bitter as what you get in nearby dim sum restaurants! Definitely pleasant. The yam cakes were okay. Personally I felt they were a bit too starchy and grainy in flavor. But in terms of sweetness it wasnt too overpowering which is good. Service was attentive, fast, and our waiter walked us through all the options we had. Definitely really helpful. Highly recommend to check this new tea shop out!

Loved the atmosphere, very high quality healthy food that looks like art! And they use traditional Chinese medicine herbs and ingredients. Must try the dumplings (the best dish!), bone broth (has medicinal herbs, unlike any other broth in the city) and tiger prawn vermicelli. The front of the store is a beautiful stoneware showroom as well and there is a private back room that can be rented out.

The ULTIMATE escape without having to leave the city of Manhattan. An absolutely beautiful experience. Walking in with the natural light, you come across this white space with well-furnished aesthetics. The vibe that I feel is one of pure serenity. More than just sitting down, they also have their teas and specialties for sale near the front. Toward the back of Sage Collective is a private tea room for that special occasion. I love how much detail goes into making this the best experience. The team was all incredibly attentive to all of my needs, from constantly checking in with the amount of tea in my pot to making sure I was enjoying my dishes. While tea is one of Sage Collective's specialties, the foods and other drinks are delightful. I ordered the Lunch Set which starts out with the mini pumpkin soup. The pumpkin puree feels so filling but also light at the same time with beautiful earthy tones and texture from the barley. Eight Immortals Noodle Soup was just what I needed to fill my soul. Soaked in a medicinal mushroom broth with eggplant puree, I could not stop slurping the sorghum noodles while soaking up the fresh veggies. Accompanying the meal was an assortment of tea that was constantly refilled. My experience was elegant and I will for sure be back to feel good. Instead of having to find time to go to a spa or have a soup day, Sage Collective is now my answer to all my headaches.

If you're into fancy piano, jazzy and zen like spaces, then this is the place for you! I love the simple aesthetics here, a nice combo of marble, bamboo and traditional Chinese feels. And definitely spacious enough of a space to feel productive at. Came on a random Thursday day and was mostly empty so plenty of space. Had the plant-based soup noodle and the oolong latte. Noodle was flavorful with a rich soup base. Noodles weren't too soggy and the mixed vegetable variety added a good balance of crunchy textures and umami flavors 4.5/5 only cause nothing stood out besides being a nutritious dish. I got my Oolong latte with oat milk and enjoyed it. Presentation was beautiful with the omanthus flower and bronze looking cup. Drink itself was creamy and felt like relaxation. 5/5 Waiter was nice and attentive. People had their laptops out and I was able to read a whole book here. Would def recommend if you need a zen break!

Beautiful space, attentive staff, with good tea and delicious food! It was comfortable both as a cafe for reading and as a cafe for afternoon tea and snacks (but they also have plenty of food on the menu). Highly recommend!

Visited twice. Beautiful, tranquil tea house on the cusp of Chinatown and Soho. Love the ambiance, an oasis found in the area. Though the food menu is healthy and delicate, thought the portions are way too small for the price especially considering they are all pretty simple and humble ingredients. Left feeling unsatisfied after spending $65 bucks for two ppl.

Grabbed dinner on a Friday night during CNY and enjoyed both the food and ambience. They offer premium Chinese teas here and very well-made food.

I went to Sage Collective on the second day of Lunar new year, and they had special services going on, such as calligraphy and acupuncture. They blasted festive and old Chinese music that I found distracting for a tea place. Aside from the music, the ambience was pretty good. They had a reasonable amount of seats and a lot of people brought their laptops to do work. My friend and I opted for their matcha tea and white tea. The teapot that my tea came in was quite small. I was given another cup to help cool down the tea, before ultimately pouring into a tinier cup to drink from. The staff was very attentive and stopped by frequently to refill the teapot with hot water. They refilled maybe around 4 times during our stay and by then it was very diluted. The tea cost around $11, which I found expensive for what it's worth, but I suppose it's paying towards this experience. In addition to tea, the place also serves cakes that I wanted to try but were sadly unavailable today. Lastly, you can browse around their various cups and other kitchenware items for sale by the entrance.
