Quite a poor experience as they have 3 restaurants but nobody could confirm which one I have booked they were all empty with a boring atmosphere. Staff were not very cheering and caring. Food was good but the service was very slow. Also they have not synchronised the food and the main courses arrived before we had finished starters and then we had to was a long time to get them. So a manager is needed there!
The beautiful young lady with the long blonde hair was absolutely amazing. Excellent customer service. The food and beverages were superb. The ambience was absolutely divine. I will absolutely go back to this restaurant. I loved it.
Cool spot to get drinks or a meal, I think it might be more ideal for brunch than dinner because of the lighting. Everyone was very kind and attentive, and the drinks were great
Tonight's dinner with my fiance was a great experience. Special shoutout to our waiter with the glasses. He was incredibly courteous, thoughtful, and kind -- he was absolutely excellent, and quite possibly the perfect waiter

The view at sunset was spectacular. It is turisty but still fun. Everything is expensive, but it is good and the view is what you came for.
The owner / manager is very kind. We had gone with a reservation but they has closed due to 4th July preparation but he accommodated us. He also offered drinks on the house
Amazing gastronomic experience. The chef really impressed us with a unique Omakase. Additionally, was extremely nice, presenting and explaining all courses. Strongly recommended!!!!

We were sat in the middle of a alumni or student party, really just wanted to have a drink maybe a snack with a view, instead we ordered one drink and left.
Chefs Isaac, Ivan, Kathlin and server Daniel all played a part in making our anniversary dinner one for the books! Loved the ambience, loved the view and the omakase was so good even the palate cleansing ginger deserves a shoutout (delicate like apple slices); but the highlight for me was the octopus + orange in greek yogurt sauce. I knew it’d be delicious, didn’t know it’d leave me speechless

A brunch menu would have been better. Staff was too overwhelmed and the meal took way too long. Probably an hour before we were served!

Friendly service and beautiful location. Comfortable seating. Great views. Great cocktails. Expensive but very good and elaborate sushi rolls.
Locale semplice, vista non molto bella, cibo medio nulla ci ha entusiasmato, ottimo il gin tonic
We were travelling from the UK and had heard good things about this particular roof top so wanted to come for dinner/drinks. We were sat right in the middle of the room on our own & the DJ was way too loud for the time of day/amount of people. Everything was fine but our waitress was being overly complimentary in a way that was coming across as fake & OTT. When it came to the tip, obviously tipping culture if very different in UK & we did what we thought was fair. However, when the waitress saw the bill she PHYSICALLY grabbed my friends arm and shouted infront of everyone that there had clearly been a mistake. We explained that we were from the UK so apologies if she felt insulted but for us that was normal and she began telling her colleagues INFRONT OF US stuff like “can you believe they only tried to tip me X amount?!”.. extremely unprofessional and we will not be returning as a result or recommending to anyone visiting; the audacity left an extremely sour taste in our mouth for the rest of the evening.
booked and tried to cancel same-day within hours because I caught the Flu. Wouldn't allow a cancellation and forced me to use a credit. Very stingy and not customer-oriented. I had to call multiple times while sick just to get a resolution. They were content just keeping my money without any credit.

The service felt very rushed and we were told we had two hours (which is fine? And also it’s a set menu so I felt like the pace wasn’t really up to us)
We went for the Valentine’s Day special, but the food seemed to have been catering style due to how lukewarm some of the dishes were. (Instance the fried fish). The ingredients didn’t seem very fresh and was overdosed with soy sauce. Furthermore I also got a bone in my amberjack sashimi AND a fish scale in one of my later nigiris. This has never happened in any of the other tens of other omakase shops I’ve been to in the city. I’ve also never seen ginger at any Japanese shop that is chopped like a daikon? Is this what they mean by fusion? (See attached)
I’m not sure why exactly there was a ton of lime juice or equivalent in the panna cotta dessert, and overall the taste seems off. The chefs also did not follow the order listed on the menu. I’m not trying to be picky here but it seems like nothing went well?
Anyway we left and decided to go home and cook another dinner instead since we were also still hungry 🤷♀️
New York has so many other restaurants that are not only cheaper, but won’t stab you in the mouth with a fish bone. I’d highly advise that you go elsewhere Valentine’s Day or not.
