I have just heard that this beautiful restaurant in the heart of Times Square is closing, I would like to wish Jean-Marc and all the staff well and Good Luck for their future ventures. Stay Safe and take care. You all went the extra mile for every person that stepped into Saju Bistro. x Let us hope it is Au Revoir and not Goodbye.

It’s been a while since I’ve eaten at Saju but it’s one of those places that I enjoyed so much that I think of it often. Can’t wait to go back

We came across this place by chance, wandering around looking for somewhere to have a nice pre-theatre meal before seeing a show. They were able to seat users quickly, very attentive staff and all together a completely different experience from all the other meals in NewYork and on first impressions we thought - this is going to be expensive ! Well, it was our most expensive meal of the trip but not by much considering two of us had the filet mignon. The whole experience from walking through the door to walking out again was excellent - ambiance, service, food, drinks - even the lady sitting at the bar who'd clearly had a couple too many made it a memorable and enjoyable experience. If / when we come back to New York, this will be the first place we visit.

This wonderful restaurant, located in the heart of Times Square, isn't as touristy as the location would imply. I came here with family and we all shared several meals, which was perfect because everything was so good that we all wanted to share everything. The pistou soup and the salade de confit de canard were heavenly, as was the penne aux aubergines, the the risotto, the sea bass, and the braised boneless rabbit.

Classic French dishes and some great daily specials. Once when I was there, they had Pissaladière (onion tart) and that was the best thing I ever ate!
