Poor quality, overpriced food. Rice is overcooked, portions are meager, and the taste is bland. Avoid if you can.

$12 plates. (Miss when it was $9-10)
Rice and chicken. There are other options. Costs a bit more depending on if you’re choosing combos or other meats. Quick and tastes good. Will fill you up. Meat is tender. Rice is soft. No complaints. Not a place with ambiance. Very no frills. Get your food and go. Knocked off a star because I wouldn’t call this the best food ever. It’s quick, good, good enough to fill you up and leave you satisfied. But it’s nothing I’m sitting around craving. Are you going to bring your tourist friends to it, probably not.

Got it for the nostalgia of getting Sakura from mall food court, but this was so bad. Literally ended up throwing it because the noodles' texture was gluey (SO OVERCOOKED) and tasted like it's spoiled already. The chicken is meh.

The food is okay. I saw a small line and was intrigued and even gave it a second chance, but this is basically street-foos style teriyaki tucked away until an alley-storefront. Sometimes they make the food fresh to your order, other times they have an order already made (though given the volume/turnaround it's still fresh). For the price and quality there are better options from streetcarts a block or two away.

Disgusting food! Would not recommend this place it’s a waste of money and off brand franchise. Not sure what I ate.

Portion is great and service is quick. Don’t expect amazing taste and quality. It’s meant to be a fast food spot.

Affordable lunch option in the neighborhood. Chicken Teriyaki Platter is always consistent, chicken is tender and flavorful, and ends up being plenty of food for lunch. Can get crowded but longest I’ve had to wait is 10 mins. They also started taking credit cards as of April 2024.

Not even Japanese food, got a Spanish guy cooking the food. Shrimp doesn't taste like anything and chicken is definitely not teriyaki. Has nothing to do with ethnicity of staff, since i cant reply to ya comment. Ill comment hea. Im spanish myself the point is dont say its teriyaki food wen it taste nothing like any of the other spots in the city. Definitely not japanese taste thats my point and rice is mushy. Don't waste your time.

This is a small hole in wall that serves platters of chicken teriyaki with rice and vegetables - similar to the Sarku chain in mall food courts. It even tastes the same as them. It is $8.00 for a platter, with the option to get "extra meat" for an additional $2.00. They seem to get decent business as this is considered a cheap lunch for the Financial District. It tasted okay and is fine if you know to expect fake Japanese food made by Middle Eastern and Hispanic guys.
It tastes so bad that it explodes (*꒦ິ⌓꒦ີ)
