Frst time we'd been to Sal Anthony's in its new location; wait staff was lovely, food was delicious, even though they'd run out of beets and goat cheese for the beet and goat cheese salad...Will definitely return.

Love this cozy spot. Hard to choose what to eat off the menu since everything sounds/taste good. Plus the drinks are made strong! (Kudos to the bartender). I always make a reservation just to ensure I have a seat. Would recommend to anyone looking to have good home cooked feel Italian food.

Sal Anthony's is one of the last authentic Italian restaurants in New York City. Its classic comfort food, big portions, the staff is polite and accommodating and the food is ALWAYS delicious and consistent. I happen to have a very picky New York palate and I know excellent Italian food when I find it.

Food and service was good price for entré was good but price on side dishes a little high
Service was great and our server was friendly, but the dishes were lacking. I ordered the chicken parmigiana and you would expect it would come with pasta, instead its 5 pieces of fried potato and a overly buttered vegetable medley.
