More rice than chicken
Everything they make is great and I especially love the kofta over rice with chick peas and fries. The food is always good and fresh tasting and it's not over priced.

I'm totally dedicated to this place. The team accommodated my family's seating requests. Sammy’s Halal Food makes me wonder if I visited on a particularly bad day. The kitchen experiments with consistently delicious results. You should share this place with your circle.

I ordered a food from this place using their online website and paid $18. Still not getting my food till now!!!!! They got my money with no food yet!!!! This is not acceptable at all…

I'm sad to say this but Sammy's has really fallen off. Have been visiting them since 2009 (or maybe even earlier), and at one time they were one of the best halal carts in the city. But these days the food is never fresh, regardless at the time of day I've stopped by. I have a feeling they don't cook anything in the cart and just use the griddle to heat stuff up to lukewarm. On my last visit the lettuce in the container was completely rotten. Maybe they don't get crowds any more but that's no excuse for serving old food. I don't think I'll be back 😔.
