Sandbar Rooftop is a great, low key rooftop in the Fashion District. It is currently still a hidden gem and never crowded, and on the rooftop of the Hilton Hotel. There are a lot of seating options- it's quite a large space, and the decor is very cute and picture worthy. They have a small cocktail selection and I do wish that they had more considering it is a rooftop bar, but I always like what I order. We got a cheese plate, pretzel bites, and some delicious cocktails. The sgroppino drink was so yummy, it tasted like gelato! And the bees knees had a cute honey wand and tasted really great!
Cocktails and desserts were the highlights — both tasty and nicely presented. The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable, though it doesn’t really feel like a classic rooftop and the views aren’t the main draw. Still, it’s a pleasant place to sit back with friends and enjoy a good evening.
