The restaurant is very well setup & clean. Very nice interior. Pastas are delicious, but not worth it at price point & service received. Cacio Pepe is just cacio - no pepper.
Walking in, the service was already strange. Asked the host for a table and he asked if we needed menus?
Anyways, sitting down - there’s probably a total of 6 people dining in including us. Staff outweighs how many people are eating. Waters are rarely refilled even though they’re walking around aimlessly, staff didn’t check in, took about 20 minutes to even place an order upon sitting, lady asked to take our check before we got our take out - it all very strange and almost laughably bad service. At every point, we had to essentially chase someone down if we needed something even though they were 6ft away.
There was some girls who sat beside us who were waiting on a check for about 30 minutes. Once they received their card back, they were overcharged due to having their card run for another table. They mitigated the issue, but wasted so much time figuring it out and did nothing to comp these girls for waiting 1hr+ of their time.
If you want to feel like you’re at Dick’s Last Resort, overpay, and have no where to be in 3 hours - this is the place to go.

A italian friend suggested me this in NYC! and came just to see how it is loooving it so good! energy is like you enter in other era and this hazelnut cake is the best cake i tried in NYC for a month!
