We booked a New Year’s Eve dinner reservation at Sant Ambroeus Brookfield and happened to be the last table of the night. The manager and the entire personnel went above and beyond to make our evening special!
The entire team truly exceeded our expectations. They created a festive and celebratory atmosphere just for us, offering complimentary glasses of champagne and desserts. And made sure we felt comfortable and never rushed, even as the kitchen and bar were preparing to close. They attended to us with professionalism, courtesy, and a friendly warmth that felt genuine. To make it even more special, the remaining team celebrated New Year’s Eve with us, which turned the night into something incredibly personal and memorable.
And to top it all off, the manager gave us a tour of the restaurant, showing us the beautiful mezzanine floor, and we took a photo with them as a keepsake of the wonderful evening. From start to finish, they did everything possible to ensure our New Year’s Eve was unforgettable. Special thanks to Enrique and our server Christian!
The service was impeccable, the staff incredibly attentive, the food absolutely delicious (the hazelnut cake, in particular, was divine!), and the ambiance felt like we were celebrating with family and friends.
Thank you so much to the entire team for making our night so special. We will absolutely be back and can’t recommend this restaurant enough to anyone looking for exceptional food, service, and atmosphere.

Got a light breakfast of salad and a couple of panini - madunina (beef Carpaccio) & bresaola (spiced dry beef). Both were good. Espresso doppio and cafe latte were strong & good!
