The cafe is a stone’s throw from NYP-Cornell, and if you walk into the Sotheby’s building and take an immediate right you’ll see its entrance down the foyer.
The entrance has a sign that says “wait to be seated” which I think is a little weird. Those who want counter service for to-go food and drink should be able to just enter the space in my opinion but I was approached fairly quickly so no big deal. There is a case with prepared food and a case...

Service was slow, the restaurant had 4 tables already served, the server Ronnie M is sulky and inattentive. They take the clientèle for granted as they can rely on Sotheby’s. The food was as average as the service.

A trendy Italian spot next to Sotheby’s. While I was reading a short passage to my friend, the server interrupted me but apologized multiple times. I ordered the farro with mushrooms and was told it could be warmed up, but it was served cold as intended. And it was delicious. The atmosphere was nice, and I noticed many stylish people there. I liked it.
