I've eaten at many different Thai restaurants and this was quite unique and different. The dishes were extremely delicious and flavorful and it was enjoyable to try 6 different things to explore the flavors and textures. Would highly recommend this for foodies!
The food was delicious. Dishes are a little on the small side. Skewers were super tender. I really like the whole fish and Mama E La noodle as well. Flavors are very bold compared to other asian cuisines. The dishes all came out surprisingly fast for a packed house on a Sunday night.
Great for a solo birthday dinner! I would recommend trying each mocktail in order because it really complimented the meal. Everything was flavorful and perfectly portioned. Enjoyed everything including the kind staff.
What a Gem to find for me as a lone diner for lunch. This restaurant is on point in every way. Food was the best I've had outside of thailand and maybe within also. Whoever put this place together deserves a gold star. What a fantastic and enjoyable lunch.
The food was incredibly delicious. The chicken wings were super flavorful, and the Mama e-la satisfied my craving. Shoutout to the bartender Max and his kindness and excellent recommendations. Will look forward to returning soon.
It was a truly gastronomic experience. The food and ambience transported me outside NYC to a local Thai setting.
Great food and unique drink options. Prices for food were reasonable - cocktails were a bit pricy ($20-$27).
Food was super authentic! Too much ice in the drink. Waiters were super polite. Portions small.
Food was insanely good, every dish so tasty. Our server Cheer was also a hoot and a cutie.
The food was really tasty and there were great options for dining with individuals who have dietary restrictions. Note that the environment is quite loud so if you are looking for an intimate experience you will not get that there.

Restaurant is super loud and a bit chaotic when busy. Service was a bit lacking, might've been because they were too busy. Food came out warm, not hot.
Celebrating my birthday at Sappe was memorable. The traditional dishes were flavorful. The portions are appropriate. The service was quick. Surprised me with a birthday song and a card.
Great food great prices great gluten free selection If you don't like spicy this probably isn't the place for you It was loud
The mama e la is supposed to be sweet as mentioned in the menu I completely understand. But it tastes like a sugar bomb more than anything else.
It looks like a tiny place from the outside, but there's spacious and wonderful restaurant is what I've never been to in all my years in New York City. The food was phenomenal and the service was terrific.
