5 stars! Incredibile spot to come with friends or a partner, and enjoy drinks and or a fantastic meal in a great environment. Getting a reservation can be tricky so plan ahead, but its well worth it! Will return to try more items on the menu. Staff was amazing, everything we tried was delicious, and the environment is enjoyable to the point no one wants to leave.

Amazing experience - had tried this before when it was Mercer Kitchen and they kept a similar vibe downstairs. Apps were great, the focaccia with whipped ricotta was fantastic. The Italian was on point, the lasagna was a white sauce with many layers that would be trending if it were at some boutique like Don Angie, must try. We had the tomahawk cooked to perfection. Finally, the only dessert worth really trying is the tiramisu (pictured), it was worth every extra calorie!

Celebrated my birthday and had a wonderful dinner. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was excellent. I was especially happy to find that the food truly lived up to expectations, it’s not easy to find a restaurant in NYC with a strong menu and great execution. My only small note is that I wish the martini selection were a bit broader, but aside from that, everything was fantastic. Thank you so much Sartiano’s team!
Had a perfect dinner here with my best friend. Our waiter was fantastic, attentive without hovering. While crowded, we could still hear each other speak without shouting, which is always a plus. And this is the first time I've actually enjoyed tiramisu. Truly. I think it's an overhyped dessert in general but I would definitely order it again at Sartiano's. That, and anything involving the fresh pasta. Few things taste better to me than fresh pasta.

First time I’ve been here - the place has a great vibe, but the staff/owners are really rude - with multiple encounters. I don’t typically leave a bad review, but this was not a great experience.

Always the best service, food and drinks.
We had an excellent brunch. We told our server we needed in and out to make a show time and he did an amazing job with that. The best omelette and French toast!

Everything we ordered was incredible. The little cannolis with caviar were my favorite.

Inga behind bar is the best bartender I’ve ever had. A dirty martini is my favorite cocktail and she made me the best I’ve ever had. Mike the host, Inga + Fid the bartenders… genuinely the best!! They all deserve a raise :)

I went here with my family for the first time, and overall we had a great experience. We started by sharing a salad, and even though I am not a big fan of salads, I ended up loving it because everything tasted very fresh and flavorful. I then ordered the gnocchi, which was very filling but tasty. My brother and dad shared a veal parm that was definitely more than enough for two people! I tried some and thought it was the best veal parm I’ve ever had. For dessert, we split the tiramisu, which was presented beautifully, with an elegant look on the plate. It tasted very different from the ones I had in Italy and was just okay, definitely not the best I’ve had. The service was decent, our waitress was really nice throughout most of the dinner. However, toward the end, she disappeared for a little while. The atmosphere was upbeat and lively, with festive holiday decorations and a bustling bar scene that made it a fun place for a family dinner.

- Service was great. Our server had a lovely personality and was knowledgeable about the menu. Support staff was also very efficient.
- Food was average and nothing special, especially considering the prices they are charging.
- We were given the worst table in the house, directly next to the host stand and stairs, despite us celebrating a birthday.
- We were told our table wasn’t ready when we checked in, only to be sat at the table directly next to the host stand that was empty fifteen minutes ago when we had walked in (so it was ready).
- Apple crostata dessert was embarrassingly small.

Warm, cozy yet energetic upscale Italian in NYC. We were traveling thru with a party of 6, and will definitely stop back by when we are there again. One set back is there is no kids menu, not even choices per our waiter, so the 9yr old traveling with us had to opt for a $50 entree. Not ideal, but still ok. I should’ve researched that in advance. Still a solid choice.

The food was excellent across the board—there’s really nothing to criticize in that regard. However, the service was extremely slow. There were many customers, yet I noticed only one person taking orders.
The main reason for giving this place just three stars is that, despite the restaurant having a very nice atmosphere, I was quite disappointed with the restroom. I don’t understand how it could be so dirty—the toilet was unclean, there was no toilet paper, and used tissue was stuck around the toilet. It slightly ruined my mood, as cleanliness—especially in the restroom—is very important to me.

Very good lunch/brunch option in Soho. Excellent service and quality dishes. I had the breakfast sandwich on a Portuguese muffin. Did not know the Portuguese eat muffins.
